紐約州克利夫頓公園希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Clifton Park)

This hotel uses heavy plastic covers on their mattress…making sleeping very hot and sweaty. I asked if it could be removed. I was told it was to protect from bedbugs…omg, bedbugs. I have never experienced these covers with another Hilton hotel. Front desk staff was excellent.

Not recommended. The outrageous prices now being offered at Hilton and Marriott hotels are 2 to 3 times pre pandemic prices. This hotel is an $80/night hotel and on ******* I got the discount rate of $190 for a regular room. The tea in the room was stale or bad. The coffee maker was old, not clean, not working well. Rust in the tub. No fan in the bathroom. Odor throughout the room from dirty carpet/textiles in room -- this hotel gets full so I expected a very nice Hilton. But already the rooms need to be updated. Pillows worn out and flat. Mattress just okay. Lamps showed damage. No free breakfast offered. Very disappointed for the high level campaigns Hilton is using Paris Hilton to convey.

The hotel appearance looks nice. The location is quite. The two queen bed room has a good size. Unfortunately, the bed is making noise and the pillows are not comfortable. The worst thing is all pillow covers are dirty and still have other people hair smell. Bed sheets also seem they never replaced. Come on guys! COVID is not over. You need to keep you hotel clean and make your customer safe. My daughter and I could not sleep well all night long. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

Only stayed one night but very clean and convenient for what we needed. Staff was helpful. Restaurant expensive.

Fridge in room got so loud that it woke us up at 1:30. Also, room had a stench to it. I couldn’t quite tell if it was deodorizer to mask cig smoke or not.

Had an excellent stay after an event that night. Convenient location. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Pool, hot tub, fitness room, bar and restaurant.

Only stayed one night so didn't get a lot of exposure to the hotel. It was very nice and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

This was a lovely hotel. Very clean and decorated for Chris**as beautifully. Would absolutely recommend. The room was very clean and modern with a mini fridge and microwave. It is attached to a shopping center so that was very convenient. There is an indoor pool, a gym, private workspaces, and also laundry, vending and ice machines on each floor. Staff were super friendly.
