奧爾巴尼機場歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Airport)

The hotel is close to the airport and in a fairly newly developed area. There are a number of restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel. There is a nice bike path within a mile. The staff was great and we used the airport shuttle without problems. Our room had a number of things in need of repair including a dripping shower faucet, a refrigerator that did not work and a broken sink stopper. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and modern.

This stay was quite disappointing. We chose a name that we usually trust and it did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the bathtub was the worse I have seen at a hotel (and I travel A LOT). Old, scratched up and with someone else’s hair in there. I would not shower in there. Pillows are lumpy, uncomfortable and old. We were told that breakfast was served until 10. Now, mind you, we are on vacation on a Saturday morning. There were no eggs left, the oatmeal was crusty and far from appetizing. There were 2 yogurts left, at room temperature, not sitting on ice. The tray with breads was mostly empty. Coffee was at room temperature. Juice cups are 5 oz big. I went downstairs at 9:40 and asked for more eggs. I was told that I am too late and that they stop bringing food out at 9:30. If you don’t want to serve a nice breakfast to your guests until 10, don’t advertise that time. I don’t like to complain and usually never leave negative reviews. These are simple things that could have been avoided and easily fixed. Oh, by the way, the advertiser pool was also closed during our stay.

They only had three towels in the bathroom, the pillows were awful & old & pillowcases didn't appear clean-all wrinkles but the worst was showering only to learn there was no conditioner or bodywash in the things on the wall to pump out. Went to breakfast at 8:45 which runs till 10 & nothing was being refilled

Chose this property because it had a pool. Informed on arrival the pool was closed indefinitely. Desk clerk was asked if the pool at the nearby Wolf Rd., Hampton would be available. Said he would get back to us, never did. Inquired about pool with an extremely rude female desk clerk in the morning, She replied “it’s closed, it’s on the websites look it up yourself.” She ignored our complaints that the toilet ran all night and there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser. My wife addressed with the manager, who said he would contact us in our room to address our complaints… which he never did. Our son is a Hampton Inn Lifetime Diamond Club Card holder and was appalled we were treated this way.We have stay at Hamptons many times in the past and never were disappointed. The Hilton corporation should be ashamed of this property.

Personnel de la réception sympathique. Chambre sale (poussière sur le plancher de la salle de bain, poignées de la vanité sales, déchet trouvé sur le tapis de la chambre). Peu de choix au déjeuner. Déjeuner de basse qualité.

The property is top notch ******* ruined my reservation but won't happen next time 😉

Globalement apprécié. Chambre gagnerait a être plus propre.

Alles ok, außer, dass der Swimmingpool außer Betrieb war.
