沒什麼好説的，因為那家酒店有一些事情需要緊急解決，例如食物的質量和味道以及電氣和管道設施。

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour de 10 jours dans cet hotel . Le personnel est tres disponible aimable et serviable ( meme si d'un endroit a l'autre de l'hotel l'amabilite n'est pas la meme ) La nourriture est bonne diverse et variee ( les desserts ne sont pas leur fort mais les fruits frais compensent parfaitement ) Les chambres sont propres et les parties communes egalement , bien que certains ravets aient reussi a s'inviter dans notre chambre. Les piscines et la plage sont propres et bien entretenu . Il y a une piscine avec de l'animation et de la tres bonne musique et une autre qui est au calme . C'est tres agreable d'avoir le choix . Le personnel d'animation est tres agreables . La salle de sport est tres bien , ce serait encore mieux si elle etait ouverte 24h/24h . Nous n'avons pas tester le spa il etait beaucoup trop chere pour ce qu'il propose .

El hotel en general es excelente al igual que el servicio solo el bufet está un poco flojo no hay mucha variedad de comida

We asked for 2 rooms 4 beds. We got 2 room 2 beds and 2 rolloff cotts. Unacceptable. We didn't get our birthday stuff done until i had to ask twice. We were dropped off on the wrong side. We had to carry our luggage across properly then to our room no one helped. No tour of the property. No one seemed to care if we were there or not. The buffets are not very good. The food wasn't near as good as many other resorts we've been to. The dinner restaurants are Awesome. But the app the hotel uses didn't work so that was hard to get a list of our reservations. The pool opens too late at 9 and closes at 6. That is terrible. We are Adults on the Adults side and still we are treated like children. The bars outside go from 10 to 5 so after that you must go inside to find a drink even soda or juices. Super inconvenient. My experience made me feel embarrassed frustrated and let down. We will NEVER use Bahia anywhere in the world after this trip. It was a 9 thousand dollar mistake.

Only plus point about is the beach restaurants are below par buffet is better staff if bit rude overall disappointed won’t recommend and the worst part is they serve cheap liquor apart from lobby bars

Staff was awesome, amazing pools and gorgeous views. They really made our stay that much better. We felt at home and everyone who worked there was so sweet and friendly.

The Bahia luxury property was absolutely beautiful. The elevators need an upgrade to match the fabulous rooms. Major positive, no matter where we went for ala carte breakfast, the restaurant staff was wonderful. Adeque Burley was a constant smiling face and pleasantly helpful every time we needed assistance.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff were so nice, and made sure we had everything we needed. There are many dining options to choose from, the beaches are beautiful and the pools are great. They also have a tour desk which can set you up with various excursions quite easily. I would definitely come back again

This resort needs a major upgrade in the rooms and elevators. The buffet needs different options, it sometimes looked like they reheated the same left over for the next day. The food would be cold or over cooked. The night life is dead not much to do after 9-11 unless you take a chance leaving the resort.
