麗都療養飯店(Cosmopolitan Hotel & Wellness)

Whole hotel stinks of smoke, rooms are not cleaned, bedding is tired, fixtures are worn, bathrooms have tiles missing and black grouting/mould. Breakfast is not worth attending as foodis of a poor standard, only coffee and tea and orange squash. Bred is stale and no staff present. Outdoor swimming pool is not this it's a plunge pool and you pay extra for the privilege! No one likes to write a negative review but if this helps people avoid it and the management take action to improve their non existing customer service and dilapidated hotel then that's great.

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte, el hotel súper bien ubicado cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y del centro histórico de la ciudad.

I understand that options in Ruse are limited, but I promise any other accommodation will be better than Cosmopolitan. We booked a suite and it was 27 degrees Celsius in the room when we got there. The AC did not work well enough to cool the room the whole stay. We slept on couches next to the windows because the rest of the suite was too hot. We ordered wine from room service and it was never delivered. After an hour I went down to the bar and the “bartender”(who was wearing gym shorts and a t-shirt) gave me only the bottle of wine. I had to use the bar key on the bar to open it myself, as well and get wine glasses to take back to the room. The room was large and impressive, but filthy. The carpet had stains all over. The windows were covered in dirt and cobwebs. When we moved the couch to the windows we found it disgusting underneath. Breakfast was a joke. There were cold, runny eggs and hot dogs, which was the only “hot” option. The vegetables were dried out. The wifi was the only impressive thing about this hotel.

Keine Rücksicht auf Gäste. Für Party okay. Nächstes Mal nehme ich ein Appartament. Müllabführ kommt so um 7 Uhr morgens. Zimmer mit Balkon habe ich auch nicht bekommen Klimaanlage defekt. Abends laute Musik aus den Lokalen in der Umgebung. Für die Nutzung des Pols muss man zwichen 4 und 5 Euro als Gast bezahlen, dass war vor ein paar Jahren anders. Besser in eine ruhigen Unterkunft und für Pool bezahlen und gehen wenn es zu laut wird.

L’établissement a une situation géographique dans la ville de Roussé (Ruse), idéale. A une quasi extrémité de l’avenue principale. Facile d’accès en voiture (d’ailleurs il est aisé de stationner à proximité). L’immeuble est d’apparence très moderne. L’accueil est cordial, mais sans excès. Les chambres sont d’un standing récent, sans excès. A noter : au toucher, le linge de lit semble « humide ». C’est relativement gênant. Attention ne vous faites pas avoir. La présentation de l’établissement sur plusieurs sites, laisse entendre qu’il y a une piscine extérieure. Celle-ci est au 3ème étage c’est vrai, mais ne comptez pas y piquer une tête. C’est un grand bassin tout au plus. Peu de bains de soleil. Un espace sans charme. Petit déjeuner au restaurant l’Hacienda. Correct.

Run away! No heating during the night. Just cold win for air conditional and the staff don’t care… Have to sleep with my jacket and for sure no discount in the end!

La piscine ne fonctionnait pas. Le bac de la baignoire était de mauvaise qualité, car il s’enfonçait. Le petit déjeuner n étais pas très varié.

Hotel was immaculately clean staff very friendly location was perfect 10/10 I’d highly recommend & will definitely be returning

Good location in downtown Ruse. Nice, we’ll-furnished and clean rooms. The staff was generally helpful and courteous. However, the property is aging and not as well maintained as I had hoped. In the height of summer, the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room was hot. Lastly, there was no dedicated parking, despite the hotel advertising “parking included” in the reservation.
