多瑙河大飯店(Dunav Plaza Hotel)

The location is great. Parking is not easy if you cant park within the hotel and had to find a public one. The breakfast was okay.

Bir iş gezisi nedeniyle kaldım. Üç yıldız bir otel olduğunu göz önüne alarak ***et iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Bina eski ancak bakımlarının aksatmadan yapıldığı belli oluyor. Temiz ve ***et büyük odaları var. Dolap kocaman. İkili koltuk mevcut. Odada su, kahve makinesi ve kapsül kahve var ancak elektrikli su ısıtıcısı yok. Havlu terlik, temel banyo malzemeleri sağlanmış. Bir akşam duşta suyun ısınması ile ilgili sorun oldu ama genelde sorunsuzdu. İnternet bağlantısı çok iyi. Kahvaltı yeterli. Rusçuk zaten küçücük bir şehir olsa da bu otel Özgürlük Meydanı'nın yanı başında olması nedeniyle her yere çok yakın. Tuna Nehri kıyısına yürüyerek 5 dakika. Trafik gürültüsü yok. Asansörün tek ve küçük olması nedeniyle sıra beklemek gerekebiliyor. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi ve tekrar kalabilirim.

So... Honestly, not entirely sure where to start from. The building is completely outdated, perhaps from communist time. Elevator barely fits two people. One of my rides with it, the electricity shut down, so I was trapped for a good 5 minutes. Food is mediocre and far from the best restaurants in the city. Parking is a complete mess. No parking outside and to get to the inside parking, often you have to wait for about 10 minutes, till someone opens the gate. The rooms are alright, if priced different. The staff is not bad, except the front desk woman, who obviously have no customer service experience. Definitely not going back there.

Stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. We arrived at the hotel during the early evening and it’s fairly easy to find as it’s right in the middle of the city, facing onto the main square. Check in was okay but not the quickest. We left our passports with the staff whilst we went up to the room before heading out again and some people’s still weren’t ready 10 minutes later. They also have only 1 small lift for the hotel so be prepared to wait or take the stairs. Our twin room on the third floor was okay if a little compact but fine for one night. We had a complementary bottle of water included with the room. The beds were comfy and the room also had a flatscreen TV, air con (which worked well), and a chair in the corner. We had a view of the square over the trees outside which was nice. The bathroom was also compact but okay. It had a hair dryer plus shower, toilet and sink. The shower drained into the centre of the floor so the floor did get a bit wet as the drain wasn’t that quick to get rid of the water. The towels were clean and thick but there was no hook to hang clothes up so we had to use the towel rail. The toilet paper was also not the best ply. The wifi was quick and had good signal range. Breakfast was good - a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, fruit etc, as well as warm eggs, bacon and sausage, bread and pastries. The juices were good and so was the coffee. Location-wise you couldn’t be closer to the city centre. Overall, a good stay for one night but some of the ******* above might grate more over a longer stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is located centrally in Ruse and very convenient if you want to walk everywhere.

The hotel is quite oldish, but the rooms are large and clean. It is a convenient place to stay in Ruse, in the center of the city. The park in front of the hotel offers a nice view. The breakfast is regular, nothing special but quite varried. They have free parking for the guests.

This is a nice hotel located right on the central square of Ruse. I appreciated it's location a lot. I was able to walk to everywhere in the city that I wanted to go. Even the Danube river is just a short walk away. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This seemed to be the best hotel in town. It's certainly the best located hotel in town. Highly recommended.

Very good location in the very center of the city. Big underground parking.
