Amazing location at the harbor. It is an old fashioned charming property. Room was quite large, nicely appointed, good tea choices, comfortable bed. Staff friendly and attentive. And the staff let us check in early without extra charge!!

Our second stay at this wonderful Hotel with a gap of 6 years, but everything was perfect as it was in 2017. The building and its situation is almost fairytale. I hope we can return again in the future.

I really like the waterfront position of this fantastic historic Hotel, easy parking on site and then you are able to walk around the waterfront. Very good restaurant , with views to the water and lots to see and do close by. I would of liked to of stayed longer.

My brother and I are in our mid-eighties and reasonably active. We had no problem, but we felt that there weren't sufficient 'handholds' to help elderly people feel secure getting into and out of bath / shower - especially since a large proportion of your guests are getting on a bit! Otherwise a great experience!
