Amazing newly renovated and in best location in Gstaad! Great room and views!
Staff were super friendly - Ivan and all in reception. Very helpful and made us and everything feel good.

Accueil aimable sans plus. Chambre double supérieure à 320.-/ la nuit aucune décolration. Pas de minibar, pas de produits de toilette. Ameublement basique. Piscine intérieure pas de linge, pas de chaise longue. Ambiance hôpital. Dommage…pour un 4* on s’attend à mieux. Rapport qualité prix bof. On verra la buffet déjeuner !!!

Perfectly located 50 meters from Gstaad station and next to the promenade, this family run hotel has many advantages. Large rooms, very comfortable with a nice view for those oriented towards the Palace. Well equipped bathrooms. Largest culinary offer on Gstaad from bistronomy to local dishes , not neglecting a Chinese and an Italian restaurant. All of them well ranked in the yellow guide. Nice south facing terrace in Summer. Indoor swimming pool and a private fumoir for cigar lovers. Smiling and Professional service. Very reasonable fares for Gstaad, both for the rooms and for the restaurant including a fabulous wine list.

We visited this morning. We live locally, so thought we would go to this hotel for a coffee. We were met by an unfriendly and austere man on Reception. Undeterred, we ordered a coffee and were presented with the worst cappuccinos we have ever been served; 6.30CHF each, for basically a cup of hot water with white froth on top! A tasteless biscuit was added, to add insult to injury. Very disappointed; the coffee machine (and biscuit choice) definitely needs upgrading!

Excellent hôtel dans la région de Gstaad. L’endroit est magnifique. Les restaurants proposent un choix différent de très bonne qualité. La carte des vins est très compétente. Mention spéciale au service qui est très sympathique et attentionné.

Perfect location , snow shoes at your disposal , modern exceptionally clean , big rooms , 3 great restaurants ( Italian , Chinese , Swiss ) all excellent ! The most friendly staff . Receptionist Bouchra and other s could not of been more welcoming .
