It was fine until I had to take a shower--they had no hot water at all in the hotel. Also none in the public bathroom or kitchen. Management told me that they had been without hot water for several days. This is NOT acceptable. In addition, the manager on duty was nowhere to be found to even discuss it with, except by phone. Check out was terrible as well - there was no one to check me out, nowhere to safely return keys. I used my phone to (hopefully) erase my key so that I could leave the hotel. Seems like a terrible waste of money to stay at a "premiere" line of chain and not have hot water or attendant on duty. I was afraid to eat in the restaurant as there was no way of knowing if the kitchen staff could wash their hands. Yuk!
