菲埃斯塔海洋套房飯店(La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites)

The property itself is in a nice location. The rooms are outdated, parking seems limited for the number of rooms, our AC went out three times, after the first time we where told to turn it off and back on after 15 and it would be fine. We did that and it worked until it did it again, we did the same thing and I turned the temperature up to 77 thinking that would fix it. It went off again our last night in the middle of the night and we woke up covered in sweat and the humidity was ridiculous. Then there was the ants. We came back from dinner Saturday and got ready for bed and my son was like there are ants all over the sink area where the coffee maker was. I called the front desk and was told there was no body to deal with it right now, that they are just sugar ants and are not going to hurt us, the hurting us was not the problem having lots of ants in our room was the problem and we had our food in the refrigerator so not sure where they came from. Overall location was great for us just wish the rooms where worth what we paid, but to have our AC go out three times and the ant problems with nobody ever coming to check was poor service. Also the “Free breakfast”where microwave Jimmy Deans biscuits (similar to that) or same thing for the other options except for boiled egg and yogurt. The orange juice was in a cup smaller than a child’s sippy cup. There is no dinning area they have to bring it to the room and make you feel like you need to tip them for just bad food.

Had a very large cockroach in the bathroom. I picked it up in a plastic cup to make staff aware of the issue. They tried to belittle my concerns saying they are normal in Florida.

Muy buena, el servicio de primera. La piscina muy fría para mi gusto.

Stayed in one of the suites. The bedroom had an ocean view. The breakfast items were very good. Everyone was friendly. We had a great stay

Nice setting, reasonable priced. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was delivered to the room and the selection of food was very limited.

Room not that clean - pulled out sofa bed and found chips and an empty soda can. Breakfast was great!

Place is nice and on the beach, the front desk person was very nice, however the rooms need updating and I got a full size bed instead of a queen bed.

The staff is so incredibly nice! They bring the complimentary breakfast to your room that you can select a time for in the morning. Next door is mini golf, which looked fun but closed earlier than we thought. They also offer coupons to places like mini golf & dining nearby. Super clean and affordable. Definitely recommend!
