The people running the hotel were very friendly and our room was exceptional. Very clean. The free breakfast in the morning was very good with many selections. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

It was a great two-day stay. Clean, easy check-in/out, breakfast was solid, and the pool was clean. Only downsides I ran into was the pool area was pretty cold(so limited swimming), and a few really loud kids post 11pm(not the hotels fault at all). Would highly recommend!

I had a queen beds room. One of the beds the sheets were wrinkled and had not bed changed, one pillow case had makeup on it. It clear to see it wasnt changed. Night person was not at the front desk and a note was left back soon another guest had been waiting 20 mins. No coffee made a 5 am when we left, they have stated they have coffee 24/7... Rethinking of I'll be back.

It was very clean. We chose to stay here because we’re seeing a concert at the Arcadia way Lyft ride there in back. Because parking is hard to come by near the theater. Breakfast was really good great selection and lots of seating. Would stay here again when seeing another concert for sure .

The property was nice and very well kept. The staff was also friendly. The rooms were very clean and nice.

We asked to move our room from the first floor to second due to it being next to the kitchen. The front desk staff seemed annoyed by this. They did it and accommodated, but if someone is working the front desk they should be friendly.

Nice, clean hotel and comfy beds. Great food choices for breakfast, including some hot items. My beef was with Ysabel the front manager, who couldn't manage to resolve my issue. The male manager on duty the previous evening told me I would NOT have to pay the $10 extra person charge (3 in a room with 2 queen beds..), but when I went to check out, Ysabel fought with me about it. Telling me she had to call *******, yadda, yadda. After 10 minutes of discussing that the evening Holiday Inn manager said I wouldn't have to pay the $10 fee even though Yenae, the assistant, was present for both exchanges and reluctantly confirmed that yes, the night manager did say that.

Convenient to stores and shopping. Just located in a crumbly parking lot. 2 tables outside door overlooking parking lot. No outside interest . Also wish hotels didn't use such strong smelling cleaners etc. That is the first thing I notice when I walk in.

The only problem was the shower head and pressure of the water. Rest was perfect.
