奧博維德飯店(Oberwaid - Das Hotel.)

Bei dem diesjährigen HR-Festival europe in der Messegelände Zürich dürfte ich fast alle 200 Aussteller persönlich sprechen und kennenlernen. Alle sind mir sehr freundlich und professionell aufgetreten, bis auf die Ansprechperson von Oberweid Hotel. In der 2-3 Minuten, wo ich meine Dienstleistung kurz vorstellen wollte und meine Visitenkarte überreichen wollte, wurde ich von der blonde Dame, braune Augen mindestens 3 mal abweisend und unhöflich unterbrochen, der eingeschüchterte Mitarbeiter, der ebenso mit dabei war, etwas grösser als sie, lockiges braunes Haar (tut mir sehr leid, habe auf die Namen leider nicht aufgepasst), hat zumindest dankend meine Visitenkarte entgegengenommen, um die Peinlichkeit seiner Kollegin zu vertuschen. Von allen Austellern Oberweid war der Einzigste, der so negativ und unprofessionell aufgetreten ist, wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Da ich schon mehrmals Hotelgast gewesen bin, wollte sehr gerne den Stand bei der Messe besuchen, war positiv und optimistisch eingestellt aber nach dieser unfreundlichen Begegnung hat man ein bitteres Geschmack, wenn man an das Hotel und seine Messevertreterin denkt. Bis jetzt war ich vom Personal an der Rezeption immer begeistert, wurde mich immer alles freundlich und zuvorkommend erklärt und geholfen, aber jetzt sieht leider alles anders aus. Wünsche dennoch alles Gute.

Que dire quand tout est parfait. L'accueil le confort de la chambre le service, la qualité de la nourriture et un buffet du petit-déjeuner divin. Merci à toute l'équipe. Cela fait trois fois que ma femme et moi nous venons dans ce magnifique endroit

This facility is a medical clinic with full Medical Services - the place is filled with patients recovering from various ailments. This was not what was advertised on the ******* site and I am terribly disappointed as this smelled like a hospital, the breakfast was not good, felt like I was duped on this one and my wife was traveling with me. Neither of us slept well at all!!

False advertising. This is not a hotel but rather a medical rehabilitation clinic. There are many patients healing and being treated at this clinic which has medical facilities on two levels. It is not a normal hotel and both my wife and I were very disappointed being here as this feels like a rehab clinic. The food for breakfast was not good the eggs tasted very strange - we didn’t finish out breakfast and had to leave. ******* - YOU need to do a better job making sure facilities are accurately described. This place caused my wife and two very limited sleep nights and both of us felt very odd being there. The rooms do not have locks from the inside and they have a key lock in the doors which can be locked from the outside. I spoke with several people in St Gallen that I work with locally and all said the facility is a hospital.

This is a lovely place that feels away from everything. It has spacious air-conditioned rooms with plenty of closet spaces and plenty of hangers (what a treat!) besides having a good nice size bathroom with a great shower. The beds are firm and with many elevators. The rooms also have balconies facing green fields with nice paths, swimming pool and lounging areas. Very peaceful. The breakfast is good and the staff courteous. What else can you ask for? There are buses a little way outside the hotel, so if one does not have own transportation this could be a drawback though. Recommended.

Hotel ultra bien placé calme et reposant. Chambre confortable et super vue sur le lac. Espace bien être juste sublime avec hammam sauna et deux piscines. Personnel super gentils et petit dej top. Quoi demander de plus. vous pourrez visiter la région très facilement

Sehr schönes Hotel, weitläufig und groß, dennoch sehr innovativ. Sehr engagiertes Personal und super Spa-Bereich! Das Restaurant sollte man besuchen, es lohnt sich mit all den leckeren Delikatessen, aussergewöhnlich zubereitet – mit Liebe zum Detail.
