聖路易斯聯合車站德魯裡套房飯店(Drury Inn and Suites St Louis Union Station)

My stay on December 23, I was in room 330. I left my AirPods in the room. When I arrived at the Amtrak station, I immediately called guest services. The woman who I spoke with, let me know that she would call me back to let me know if they were found, or we’re not found. Either way, she told me that she would let me know. The guest services attended never called me back. Whenever my son, and I travel to St. Louis to see a blues game, we have stayed here. A simple request for assistance in a lost item is handled such as this, I’m not sure if we will stay here again.

I’ve always had a good stay at Drury inns. But this stay was not. We picked this hotel because it was a suite and walking distance to the enterprise center. The walk was a little sketchy past several homeless tents but overall the location was convenient. However, this hotel was expensive and definitely not nice. The room was small and dated, beds were very uncomfortable. There were nerds under the couch bed, and socks. The staff wasn’t at front desk when we tried to check in. I called and asked for extra blankets and pillows and they never came. The heater was extremely loud and rattled. This hotel was only worth half what we paid for it. Fortunately we were only there for one night. We will not stay here again.

Loved our view, breakfast, and access to union station and the restaurant downstairs. Very uncomfortable king mattress, the shower head was leaky, and our fridge had to be replaced. Most of the staff was cheerful and helpful.

Room was dark and dingy. A/C blows on you too high, even on low. Elevator was inadequate for the amount of people at the hotel

We've stayed here a few times now and always had great experiences. Clean and lovely building, friendly staff, great amenities, and can't beat the location.

Everyone was super nice and made checking in, parking, and finding out room very easy. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the free afternoon drinks and food. Beautiful hotel. I did not like that at 8 am, my mom had stepped out of the room and I was about to get in the shower and I heard the door open. I walked out of the bathroom and around the corner thinking it was my mom and it was housekeeping.. this is way to early to come in a room at least knock and make yourself known.

Easy check-In, helpful staff, loved the parking garage, and off street area to unload luggage. Very quiet room with an extremely comfortable bed. We will be back for another stay soon!!

We loved the area and where the hotel was located. So many things to do with in walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the night desk clerk was very rude. We had gotten a few snacks from the market room and when we went to pay for our items she acted as if we were an inconvenience to her and was extremely short with us.

The woman doing the overnight check ins was the only bad part. She was very rude and impatient. She was very bothered by the time we checked in and when we apologized for the inconvenience she said we weren't the only ones who ruined her night and made her run behind. With the money we spend on staying somewhere nice it is ridiculous to have that kind of service.
