海豚灘度假村(Dolphin Beach Resort)

Check in was terrible. We were told our room was not ready at 4:00pm (check in time) After waiting 45 minutes, we were told it would be another hour before our room was ready (that would have meant it wouldn't be ready till around 6:00pm. At that point, we ask to see the manager. She found us another room and we were able to finally check in. We were put in a room on the 1st floor. The door that went out to the pool did not have a lock. Only a chain slide that would have made it easy for a breakin. Breakfast on our first morning. We waited 2 hours for our breakfast to be delivered to our table. This was not the waitress's fault. There was only one girl to wait on tables inside the resturant as well as outside. She was also functioning as hostess. Poor girl was doing the best she could but way to much for one person.

The Dolphin Resort was home away from home complete with excellent service and amenities. The location can’t be beat!

The staff was very nice the food was great the pool was amazing and the rooms where clean and spacious.we all had a great time only thing i wish it had was live music.

I don't know where to begin with how terrible this place is. The front desk staff are extremely rude. The rooms/hallways/stairwells are extremely dirty. They really rely on the location but please beware, everything except the location is horrible!

Los dormitorios están muy viejos aunque las sábanas y toallas limpias. No hacen limpieza en el dormitorio todos los días, solamente cada tres días. El primer día casi no dormí porque la cama estaba incomodísima. Pedimos cambiar de habitación y nos cambiaron a una que estaba un poco mejor. Las alfombras están muy viejas. El menú del restaurante podría mejorar. El último día se tardaron 40 minutos en llevar un huevo revuelto de desayuno. Tenían a una sola persona atendiendo a 12 mesas. Las empleadas de limpieza y lavandería MUY amables y siempre sonriendo. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente con una linda playa pero le urge remodelación y cambio de menús. La limpieza de baños es buena aunque sería genial que limpien todos los días y no cada tres días. No usamos la piscina pero se ve limpia. La playa linda. El bar de la playa necesita remodelación.

El hotel está muy bueno ubicado es limpio pues es un hotel que está cerca de la playa lo hace ver un poquito viejo pero es un hotel muy limpio muy bien ubicado con habitaciones muy cómodas con muchos restaurantes alrededor que no hace falta mover tu carro yo me quedaría aquí una y 1000 veces

Muy buena ubicación y limpieza, lo único que no fue de mi agrado fue el trato de una de las señoras en el frondesk que le pedí amablemente que utilizara el traductor para entenderla y como q se molestó, por lo demás todo fue nice

No hotrub. Parking. Resort fees. Trash piled up. Called to see about leaving housekeeper a tip qho went above and beyond and they never got back with me

Todo estuvo bueno, menos la piscina que no estaba funcionando en la carpeta muy amables todos y las camareras también serviciales.
