Awesome stay and location!!

Really fun resort really close to beach. Food is overpriced 10 wings $20 that does not include side or drink. I had to request more than once to have my room cleaned and for new towels. This could be an understaff issue but they clean rooms literally all day. Imagine beach in the am to come back in pm and your room still not cleaned. When you call front desk you get a call center full of ppl with bad attitudes. I learned when you dial 0 automatically ask for front desk. Ooh and they put these blue pillows on your bed for decorations inspect them cause ours had mold/mildew on them. Jarmicheal and Tina were amazing!

Great resort for families - teenagers had a lot to do! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The Gulfside Grill went above and beyond for gluten allergy. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location, little out of date. Have to hear about timeshare stuff while checking in that I’m not interested in but overall looks like one of the best options in that part of the beach. Great restaurant right in front of the place.

Rum fish was very accommodating after a rough day of travel. The customer service was excellent especially Edward! We would visit this property again.

Overall experience was a 10/10, the establishment was clean and the people were VERY friendly. The only thing I will say is that I was not expecting was that they would ask us to go to an “open house”. It was a sales meeting for Bluegreen vacations (you do get somethings for going) so it wasn’t bad for us at all. I will say they’ll tell you it’s like 90 minutes…expect more of a 3 hour range and if you’re interested a bit longer than that.
