聖彼得堡萬豪AC飯店(AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown)

Works in the Roof top Bar were very Rude and prejudice against me ! When i ask them in 12 of july 90 degrees heat outside ! If they can turn the heater s off in the patio!!!?? He said no ! Those are preset !!!!! In the 90 degrees heat Of july. They have heat ers on !?!!!? And they couldn’t turn it off. On top this bc i asked this Bartender was giving me attitudes ?!

First off there was nothing I didn't like. Excellent service,hospitality,safe,great location. There were places to eat where you could walk to. The hotel was very clean I saw the cleaning staff working they are very good and did a great job our room was so clean never saw a hotel room that clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Greatest experience ever. When i go back to St Petersburg i will definitely stay her. From 1 to 10 we give it a 12.

Amazing hotel. Best location in St Pete you are steps from the pier and all of the best that downtown has to offer. Short Uber to Tropicana but you can also walk. Rooftop bar makes great drinks. Went for a WWE event at Tropicana and the hotel was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone coming to St Pete.

I loved my stay at this hotel. My room was very clean, very comfortable and the location of the hotel was at the heart of all the activities I was looking for as I was looking for a hotel that was within walking distance to Tropicana field. It is also within walking distance to Saint Pete Pier, the beach and several of the city’s nightlife bars. Overall, staff was polite and professional from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I will definitely make it a yearly visit to St Petersburg!

This hotel is exceptional. Staff is friendly, rooms clean, detail and finishes are lovely. We stayed on the 8th floor by the rooftop bar. All the hip bars and museums were within walking distance. We couldn't be happier with our staycation at this hotel.

Our stay was great, staff was kind and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty to do in the area. Would definitely recommend

The toilet seat was loose and the shower never got hot. When we advised the front desk. We tried numerous times to call the front desk, but no one ever answered. When we went down to the front desk, neither of the two people did anything to assist. We even witnessed them disconnecting the phones that were ringing. Breakfast was not worth the money. Other than the front desk and bathroom issues, we found the hotel to be a great location for downtown activities. Management was quick to respond when we had to get them involved and the housekeeping staff was excellent. This was our second stay. The first one was superb, so we will stay there again.
