祕密港口海灘度假村(Secret Harbour Beach Resort)

A breathtakingly beautiful property. The grounds and facilities are meticulously maintained and the staff is both efficient and very friendly. The setting is heaven. We have visited St. Thomas several times, this is our first visit to Secret Harbor. We will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks. Ur only disappoin**ent had it nothing to do with Secret Harbor—we were saddened to see two other favorite beaches, Magens Bay and Lindbergh Bay—overrun with cruise ship tourists, creating a commercial nigh**are out of formerly peaceful experiences. I hope that doesn’t happen at Secret Harbor.

Very nice oceanfront resort. My wife and I stayed here 2 nights and loved it. Great service and good food. The beach is steps away from your room and we really loved that. A lot of the resorts have nice views but aren't on the ocean front. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and relaxing. The service here is great and the rooms are big and roomy with full kitchens. You won't regret staying here.

Room was nicely updated, beach clean, and the best snorkeling around. Great view as we were in a hill top apar**ent. Service staff less than helpful and generally poor communication along with unfavorable attitudes. If you didn’t need help you were good to go, otherwise usually a not so good experience with the workers. Red hook area had great service staff.

Really nice boutique hotel. Staying up on the hill, the views were incredible. Large one bedroom suite, nice little kitchen. The steps up the hill are reasonable. Beach bar and adjoining restaurant were excellent and prices were in line for being on an island. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach with good spacing in between. Mostly older crowd so it’s peaceful. Snorkeling was as good as any we found in the VI. High quality rental equipment on the property for $20/day. Taxi to red hook (main dining area) and ferry to St. John was about 5 minutes. Get the number of your taxi driver so you can text for future pickup requests. Much more efficient. Pro tip: the bar will fill up your water bottles with filtered water. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation with a great beach and fantastic snorkeling, this is a play you may want to consider.

Lovely cove and a nice quiet beach. The people were friendly and the housekeeping staff were excellent! The room was a bit dated and worn but we didn't mind. We did get a room overlooking a trash heap and had trouble finding any convenient outlets in the room. Annoying.

We liked our room, it was clean Kitchen appeared stocked with enough items to cook a meal. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency. We were there only two nights but check in and check out was easy. The Sunset grill breakfast were good. The water isn't so great definitely recommend ordering the bottle water or buy some on your own. We beach is small, comfortable and the water was lovely.

Suite had a good deal of deferred maintenance. Kitchen sink faucet didn’t work well. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Mattress in bedroom was very old and deformed from extended use. Room service was ok however they never showed up at consistent times. One day they never showed.

A beautiful location, perhaps the best on the island. While the facilities are a bit the worse for wear, and the housekeeping is very minimal, the staff is gracious & helpful, the restaurant is good with an incredible view, and overall low-key and very hospitable.

Nice property. I booked a single night and later added two nights. I called to make sure the reservation was combined so we would not have to move rooms. They refused to honor this even with over a month advance notice. We had to pack and store our bags and wait five hours to only be put two doors down. Staff did not try to accommodate us at all.
