鹽湖城西谷市希爾頓安泊飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Salt Lake West Valley City)

Even before we arrived, the Embassy had the extra pillows i requested in our room. This has never been done by any other establishment and we request them every time because of my wifes medical xonditiin. Most of the time I end up chasing them down myself. The staff was incredible, breastfast was amazing, and the room was perfect. 100% worth every dime! This was our 27th wedding anniversary and we usually look for a room simular to our honeymoon suite, with a jetted tub, but the cleanliness and the design of the room added to our comfort

We showed up near 8:30, the front desk staff was rude but we proceeded to our room. After dinner, we put the kids to bed when I stabbed my foot with the carpet tac ***** from the wearing/damaged carpet. The shower head was rusted and the wallpaper was falling off. The room was terrible! When I asked the front dest for a manager, they said someone would call me but after numerous phone calls, no one will call me back! For the price, I am very disappointed and would love to send pics.

Lady at front desk didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Told us breakfast started at 6am but didn't start tell 7am. Was also told she told more than us these times. Got woke up by obvious partiers coming to the room next to us at midnight. Loud talking yelling most of the night last time I looked it was 3am and still going. We kept getting weird smell in room not sure from what smelled like burnt hair. 1 small shampoo/conditioner for a family of 6.

El servicio fue bueno la señorita muy amable , lo malo fue que me toco una habitación añado de la calle todo el ruido se oía para adentro y alado de la habitación había un bebé q lloro toda la noche y no pudimos dormir bien y en la mañana la luz de la mesita para maquillar no funciono

I didn’t like in the room because you couldn’t turn the air conditioner below 66 And the hallway that we stayed on for number five it had a bad odor to it

Having trouble getting my $50 incidental deposit back. Hotel FAILED to return it on check out.

The room was dirty. Had water damage in the bathroom. The couch was literally broken. The vanity mirror light didn’t work. We reserved a king suite, only to be told they overbooked so we got two small beds instead. Not recommended

I book Embassy Suites for the cooked breakfast but there were only 2 people staffing the breakfast room for the entire hotel and they were both extremely slow! Everything had run out so either had to wait indefinitely or go somewhere else to eat! Everything else in the hotel was great but they were just so understaffed at breakfast.

It was not good.My key wouldn't work and they had me try 3 times going to the front desk to the room. Before they finally sent a mantanence person showed up then they had to call in another person to get the door open. That took like 1 hour and a half. Then they change our room making us not make our reservation for top golf... NOT Happy....
