鹽湖城市區AC飯店(AC Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown)

Generally, the AC hotels are great, and SLC is no exception. The rooms are clean and well laid out. I really Ike the hydration stations on each floor, and the euro-style breakfast is great. Friendly staff, great location.

Hotel lovely, breakfast was $15pp but we didn’t actually get around to having. Just a shame that a daily charge of $17 for parking but it was secure and easy so not so bad. Easy walk to Main Street for everything.

Great location to walk to restaurants, shops, Vivint Arena, nice lobby area and bar just serving drinks right now but food delivery available if you don't want to go to the nearby restaurants. Cozy comfortable room.

I think the hotel has potential. Unfortunately, upon check in the employee was not friendly and every interaction with her there after was equally unsatisfying. Second, they never cleaned out room any if our four nights. On the third day the maid service stopped in, picked up garbage and drop off towels.

Amazing hotel with amazing service. Very accommodating. We LOVE everything about the hotel. They think of everything that guests might need, I.e, accessible USB connections, even an empty bottle of water by the ice/ water dispenser so guest can bring in water to the room. Jonathan & Ana @ front desk are super helpful. The decor is very modern but yet homey. There was a party 2 doors down from our room (the door was open because of pizza was being delivered), but we could NOT hear anything from our room. Highly recommended and will definitely go back

The hotel was lovely - very convenient and comfortable. My very favorite thing were the carafes for water and the ice/water machine for filling them! Such a great touch! The only frustration was there was only one towel hanger outside the shower, and with three people that was tough. Be nice if there were at least two. Overall, great hotel!

Parking was terrible checkin was hard with no where to oark before checking in . When I changed my stay to one night it nearly doubled in price . No water in room and when I asked for the two small comp bottles he had a not great tone about fining menine and wouldn’t let us do late check out ;(

The water controls in the shower were difficult to use and figure out. I ended up wasting more water trying to get it to go hot because I didn't understand how to use the faucet/shower system. Not super eco-friendly if that's the goal here.

Genuinely surprised by the craft and care the bartenders had for mixing drinks - easily my favorite experience at AC. The rooms were also super spacious and clean, the waterfall shower felt great, and the TV had Netflix and YouTube! Above and beyond what I expected for the price.
