鹽湖城中谷霍姆湯公寓(HomeTowne Studios Salt Lake City - Mid Valley)

Had to wait half an hour at the check in desk only to be given a room that was already occupied. Manager then had to clean another room by himself and two hours later we checked in without being given a room key. ************ and odd looking people wandering around all night. Probably the worse motel I've ever been in.

Room was not clean and there was no hot water. When I tried to use my keycard to open the door it didn’t open. I had to go to the office and the staff told me they needed to “Use a blow dryer to unfreeze the lock”. This took another 20 minutes, just to get to a messy room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible hotel! When we first checked in they gave us a room that reeked of cigarettes even though they were smoke free, we also saw many cigarette butts around the hotel area! Made us wait 15 minutes for a new room and the floor was still wet from cleaning. Very lousy neighbors they were blasting music upstairs and were always loud couldn’t get a minute of peace! We found cigarette burns and nail polish stains on the covers of the bed and pillow cases! Definitely not family friendly wouldn’t recommend ever.

The security guard got into my room and stole my backpack with all my travel documents and value personal accessories and nobody from hotel doesn’t want to provide information about him, tbe manager keep saying the security company don’t answer and also the police haven’t done anything yet the manager offered me to stay at the hotel the time that i will need to processing my passports nice action from her but I don’t feel safe there I completely disappointed from this place I don’t recommend this place be careful if you are going to stay there

They should mention on their site that they do not service anyone with a local ID. I didn't see that listed anywhere on their website, ********** page or in the actual location. One sentence would've saved me 4 hours and about 200$. The rude woman at the front desk treated me like I was stupid for not knowing their bizzare policy. Makes you wonder who's fault the confusion is, I have had problems due to poor communication of policies more often than not with **********

The staff at this hotel is awesome. I just wish the rest of the facility matched. Both the cleanliness and the condition left much to be desired.

There was no hot water for 3 days!! The curtains had holes in them and the fro t desk was rude when i asked to change rooms,and why there was no hot water.
