They should mention on their site that they do not service anyone with a local ID. I didn't see that listed anywhere on their website, ********** page or in the actual location. One sentence would've saved me 4 hours and about 200$. The rude woman at the front desk treated me like I was stupid for not knowing their bizzare policy.
