傑德曼飯店(Das Jedermann Boutiquehotel Mit Stadtgarten)

Location was good- walking distance to everything we wanted to see and next to this amazing Italian restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price and when we checked in late at night our room had not been cleaned and the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and used glasses on the counter and hair in the drain but it was late so no one was there so we were not able to shower because we had no towels and no one to reach for the night after a long day of traveling.

A very pleasant stay with ample breakfast, lovely staff and easy walking to the centre of Salzburg. Parking was €15 per night. The only downside for us was that our room was located in the eaves and the sloping ceiling made it feel very small. However we would definitely stay again, but maybe next time would pay extra for a non-eaves room.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel wurde wohl kürzlich renoviert, alles ist sehr neu und sauber. Es ist zu Fuß gut vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Werde es weiterempfehlen!

when it is written that the hotel has parking, it means the guest automatically gets a place for the car. when we arrived we were told that there were no places and there wouldn’t be any. And that parking must be reserved in advance. We encountered such a situation for the first time in many years of our travels

Central location but incompetent staff. We had strangers walk into our room in the middle of the night because the staff mixed up checkin emails.

Bien situé, au calme, pas si loin que cela du centre historique ET touristique que l'on rejoint en 10 minutes (à pieds ) par une rue piétonne très agréable. Hôtel très propre ( probablement rénové il y a peu avec une touche cosy. Cour intérieure pour le petit déjeuner ( ou en salle évidemment ). Chambre confortable. Belle salle de bains avec un défaut majeur, sa porte d'accès entièrement vitrée qui donne directement sur la chambre. Cette salle de bains ayant (aussi) une fenêtre non occultante le réveil peut être très matinal ( de fait , pour visiter c'est pas mal !! ). Petit déjeuner qui manque de choix. C'est pain ( divers soit ) ou pain. Mais il ne vous laissera sur votre faim. Pour le parking ne pas hésiter à le solliciter dès la réservation. Il y a 15 places et s'il y a dispo, on vous attribue une place avec une gentille plaquette. Sympa, car ailleurs c'est souvent nein ou nein...à voir sur place ! Personnel accueillant mais jusqu'à 20h00. Après l'hôtel vous appartient (humour ) notamment le bar qui reste accessible en open. Vous vous servez, vous notez votre emprunt pour le régler ultérieurement. Le choix est restreint certes mais l'initiative plaisante.

The customer service at this hotel is a mixed bag. The woman with the dark hair who checked us in and out was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we went to the front desk at 5:30 pm to ask for an extra pillow and we're told the cleaning lady had the key and she left at 4 pm. Why didn't we ask for a pillow earlier? The woman was quite rude. It seems odd that the hotel would keep the room locked with pillows, etc... and not be able to access it while there is someone at front desk. The woman acted as though it was our fault for not asking earlier.

This property, while being fairly inexpensive, is quite nice! The staff were helpful and friendly and its only about a 5-10 min walk from downtown area. Parking is easy to find on the street and the building is clean!

It was unusually very warm in Salzburg and the air conditioning for the entire building was not working during our stay. We woke up to bugs crawling all over our bed and the entire bedroom flooded after taking one shower. The front desk staff is extremely rude and refused to accommodate us. We only stayed one night as we were forced to find another hotel for the duration of our trip to Salzburg. I would not recommend this hotel.
