For me it took 3 hours to check. Desk person said hotel doesn't honor bookings from trip app. Had to call trip. She said trip is unreliable and sometimes does not pay hotel.

No apareció mi reservación en el hotel por culpa de la aplicación, y el gerente del hotel amable en ayudarme a comunicarme con la aplicación, porque es imposible que alguien te atienda, no puedo opinar nada malo del hotel porque no me quede ahí ya que no me resolvió nada la aplicación

El hotel estaba en pesimo servicio avia reservado 2 noches y cansele una y no me an rembolsado mi dinero y hable al hotel y no quieren aseptar mi reembolso y me estan robando mi dinero y el hotel en esos dias estaba muy caro por tiempo de vacaciones yo solo quiero que me regresen mi dinero que no menlo roben espero tener respuestas y me resuelvan este problema

It was exactly what you’d expect from a motel 6. We stayed one night passing though SA on a cross country road trip along with our dog. Though the surrounding area was a little depressing, the location was great because it was walking distance to San Antonio attractions like the River Walk and the Alamo. The room was exactly what you’d expect from a budget motel, maybe even a bit nicer. I’d stay again in similar circumstances & recommend to anyone just passing through on the Interstate or trying to see SA on a budget.

Excelente ubicacion, muy cerca del downtown.

The staff seemed pleasant however the rooms were basic and what you expect for the rate, it was one night only however make sure to bring your own shampoo and soap as only a bar of soap is provided, the tv was damaged (a visible line on the screen) the shower head kept falling down on me while I tried showering and the floor felt dirty. I had wished there were more than two pillows for two people as well, what concerned me the most was the amount of dodgy people hanging around outside the area by McDonald’s. However it got the job done so can’t complain!

I really was happy to be welcomed as i was to the motel. Smiling faces and patience with a new check-in worker. Room was clean and quite comfortable. I didn't mind the walk in the morning to the convention center (28min) and the McDonald's right by the location. I will say that the area has been cleaned up when compared to recent years, though there is still a few vagrants that sprinkle the nearby park. No problems with that though, everyone seemed friendly enough. There werent any shampoos or lotions like those hotie totie hotels that cost 100s of dollars a night so you get what you pay for... but I am very pleased with my choice to sleep here for 4 nights for less than 250 total. I had a king bed on 2nd floor, with a fridge, microwave, and bathroom with a tub. I will also say that the room was a little empty and would benefit from a couch (with a pullout maybe) because there enough room for such a thing. But since it isnt a real issue i find the room suitable for a couple or family of 3.

I had forgot to book a hotel and this was the cheapest available. I was only there for 3 nights but was one in the room to sleep. Had to clean the bed myself because of hair on the sheets, shower was ok, room size was big. Not a bad stay but not planning to stay here again.

The staff and the room were wonderful. The outside of the property left something to be desired. It was run down and looked kinda scary, but inside was well taken care of. However more pillows would be nice. Only one per side of the bed and they were very flat.
