We were given the room by the ice machine; there were people going to get ice throughout the night-DRUNK and LOUD. I pay about &400 for one night and didn’t get any sleep. The thermostat was on a schedule and shut off in the middle of the night which made it hot. I shared this at check out and all they said was, “Thanks, I’ll share with management.” Then I was over charged, which is protocol, but I didn’t know until I had to call them back and say that I didn’t receive a emailed receipt but see a charge for mare than what the room total shows on the app. THEN they explained that it will be adjusted later. Poor customer service.
