使命觀景旅館&套房-聖迭戈海洋世界 - 動物園(Mission View Inn & Suites San Diego SeaWorld/Zoo)

Was there 5 days and did not clean room once. Asked why and they responded I guess housekeeping missed or skipped it I don't know why. Very old and not updated, wallpaper peeling off the wall, water damage on baseboards. Breakfast wasn't terrible but no hot food and the only thing they change is the flavor of the waffles each day. Was asked by maintenance to bring out our towels and trash and handed a large bag to put in and then it sat outside our door for over 24 hours. Not worth the price

Very old hotel, but the staff are really nice and the breakfast options are good

I checked into 260 and discovered blood on living room couch with black stains all over it as well. Also, fridge whether ***** was ripped. Came back from an outing card for door didn’t work. Dining was not open at the time it says it would be or at all for breakfast.Went to office 4 times in a row to change key cards. Moved to room 360 same dirty looking couch. Went to office to check out 2/10/24 at 15:00 PST to checkout due to an emergency there was a long line out the door with one receptionist so I was late to my business meeting. Waiting for an answer to see can I get a refund for not staying the last day.

The room was dirty when we arrived also they charged $15 per day for parking which was not told to us prior to booking, The elevator had issues and also the service for the elevator Has been expired since last year which probably explains why the elevator does not properly work And the rooms had odors. Also housekeeping staff is completely horrible service it took an hour and a half to bring up towels. And the front Desk Was no better completely disrespectful in rude, I would not even bring my dogs back to this hotel much less my kids Or should I say motel. They may have changed the name of this hotel but the service and quality still says below standard .

The guy who worked the front desk was nice. The hotel is clean. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. The only bad thing really was that the deposit was not refunded. I called and they said it was refunded on their end but when I contacted my bank they said it was charged. So now I’m stressed trying to get my $150 deposit back from them. I left the room very clean so this should not be an issue.

Un hotel abandonado con poco personal descuidado nos dejaron sin desayuno el día de la llegada sin explicación los demás días muy pobre la variedad de alimentos alegando remodelación poco mantenimiento sin personal el elevador sin mantenimiento casi nos quedamos atrapados. Precios muy altos en relación a lo que ofrecen y te cobran el estacionamiento y un depósito que no te explican porque si tienes tu estancia pagada previamente. Lástima porque era un hotel muy agradable al parecer está en venta ojalá lo mejoren nuevamente está muy bien ubicado
