Location…GREAT! Customer service…OK Room accommodations…POOR👎 Cleanliness…0/10 🤢 Super close to the breach (2 min walk), kind staff…BUT…towels were stained and filthy, room furniture was damaged, beds were uncomfortable, bathroom was SUSPICIOUS, the room smelled of wet dog, and the sheets left us itching all night. Checked out a day early and never looked back.

It was a great price for the area. Friendly Staff, easy check in, quiet rooms. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. All was satisfying.

If you are a pet owner this is an exceptional property and even otherwise it's a hidden gem. Surprisingly low vagrant activity on the property and the outside lighting is fair. Probably why the management can be nosey and pushy. You get a used car salesman feel at the front desk but, the stay is worth it, if they don't become passive aggressive with you. It does have that California 'control everything' type nuances....Rooms are clean, you won't be afraid to get into the beds or use the furniture. Small accommodating pool and staff doesn't make you uncomfortable using it. Cool location overlooking dog beach in OB, if you are lucky enough to get the ocean facing side. I do recommend this property.

If you are looking for a very friendly place for your dogs, this is the place to be!

Meget nedslidt hotel. Rengøringen under middel. Altanen var møgbeskidt. Vi boede der i 11 dage og fik kun gjort rent 4 gange, selv om vi flere gange bad om mere rengøring. Der blev flere gange ikke suppleret med toiletpapir mv., så vi måtte have fat i personalet. Deres såkaldte 'High speed Wi-Fi' var meget langsomt - en anmodning om at få det bedret, hjalp ikke. Ingen affaldssortering. God beliggenhed ved stranden.

Great, walkable location, right where the San Diego River meets the Ocean. Lovely, helpful staff. My only word of warning is the hot water in the sink gets super hot, super fast, take care!

Spacious efficiency, like a little apartment all in one room, kitchenette, living room, sleeper sofa, 2 queen beds, bathroom & closet/powder room. Large balcony with amazing views of the ocean & pathway connected to beach, close enough to walk to local restaurants, friendly staff, close to airport.

My account was hacked and a reservation Made. I tried to cancel as soon as i found out about the reservation but was not allowed. No attempt at understanding or compromise, not Nice staff. I was charged the full amount when i had never even left My house
