康特利赫爾斯飯店(Inn at Golden Gate)

We booked a room with a queen bed and was placed in a room a full bed. It was the Holidays so there was no room service from Wednesday night until Saturday late afternoon. We had to ask for towels and bathroom necessities from the front/check-in office. There was parking but the parking was very cramp, could probably only fit 8 cars but it would have been hard to get out should the parking lot be full. Besides all of that, the area stayed pretty quiet during the night. Since it’s right off the Main Street, it did get loud during the early mornings to afternoon. The worker/owner was kind.

在客戶服務方面有過可怕的經歷。辦理入住後，我發現房間的門鎖壞了，並向前台報告，前台告訴我他會聯絡經理並回電給我。一個小時沒有回電給我後，我們親自回來，他說沒有其他房間可用，客房服務最快可以在周一修鎖，而且我們無法退款，因為我們是透過********預訂的***。他說經理無法直接透過電話與我們交談，而他自己也很難聯繫到他，經理親自來的最快時間是晚上 10 點（辦公時間關閉時）……前台也無法聯繫。提供官方文件證明他們無法為我們提供一個安全的房間供我們住宿，因為只有經理可以簽字，而且無法聯繫到他。此時我們很生氣，因為我們被困在沒有安全的住宿地點和退款的情況下，所以我們直接聯繫了************，然後酒店直接聯繫了旅館並幫助我們獲得了退款。不用說，我們不會回來

This place is in a great location and on a quiet-ish street. There are some parking spots available but are first come first serve. The rooms were very clean. Be sure to avoid the room next to the ice machine! My only real complaint is that their website says they had microwaves but they do not, just refrigerators. The closest coffee is Starbucks about a 5 - 10 min walk. We had been counting on using microwaves to streamline morning coffee and breakfast. I wouldn't have chosen this place if it was clear there weren't microwaves. Also why have fridges with out microwaves?!

Great place to stay if you don't care about the little things like a coffee maker. There is great coffee just around the corner at the Bistro. Parking is tight and not much of it. If you get in to park during the day, stay and take transport or walk to where you are going or you won't have a place at night. Great location. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a refrigerator but no microwave or coffee............ no biggie for me. Price was good for the location and safety.

Parking excellent. Area with good dinning. Manager knowledgeable and willing to work for the customer. No delay in issue resolution. No micro, coffee or Continental; but many AM coffee snack options available in easy walking.

Terrible stay, I couldn't shower because there was no hot water, also the heater didn't work, l'll never come back

Perhaps this sums it all up? When I took the face towel from the towel rack, the rack fell off.

It is conveniently located but the walls are thin, the rooms need repairs, and they need to update their website. They should not advertise breakfast when there hasn’t been breakfast since before the COVID lockdown. They should not advertise microwaves in the rooms when there are none. The rooms were clean and safe which are my priorities, but all other “amenities” are non-existent.
