阿德吉奧萬豪簽名系列飯店(Hotel Adagio, Autograph Collection)

This hotel is not as nice as it looks AT ALL! it is very dated and the service is horrible, we paid a lot of money to stay here and it was not worth it one bit, I will never stay there again

Tengan mucho cuidado porque tuve problemas a la hora del check in, luego a la hora del pago dicen que está todo bien y después cobraron otra vez, diciendo que estaba mal la fecha de ingreso y que se debe hacer el trámite en la aplicación que reserve para que me hagan la devolución del dinero y tarda 30 días

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the staff was very friendly and helpful with local information. They even offered us a complimentary mini champagne bottle upon check-in. They were kind enough to secure our bags after check-out so we could still explore the city and keep our luggage safe. The bar does a great happy hour from 4-6. There is a parking garage right next door that was $10 cheaper than the hotel lot and very safe.

Very clean, nice decor, and some of the nicest staff anywhere. Bar on site as well as quiet sofa/lounge areas. Coffee and tea always available. Had a spacious king corner room. Very comfortable. Exceptional bed and sheets. Easy walk to Union Square. Look forward to staying again.

Excellent stay! Great check in experience. Awesome service from the front desk. Everything they said and did showed that they pay attention to details and just make you feel welcomed. Very convenient location. Definitely will stay again.

Everything was great at the hotel. Iffy neighborhood (Union Square and around), lots of homeless and shady people and trash on the streets but that's expected in San Francisco for the neighborhood. The hotel keeps their sidewalk clean and I always saw staff outside and inside.

Israel at the front desk and the valet guys were beyond helpful during a difficult situation I encountered on our girls trip. He was genuinely caring, helpful, and brought a true sense of comfort when being so far from home. THANK YOU, Israel. About the property: beautiful rooms and overall lovely aesthetics throughout the hotel.
