Wow! I am so grateful for the staff at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco. My entire trip was successful and un stressful due to the entire staff experience at the Omni. The room was clean and comfortable (even changing feather pillows for foam as I am allergic). The accommodations with the restaurant for all meetings (Breakfast, Coffee, dinners or Cocktails) were covered at the hotel. So convenient. THANK YOU!!!

I don't know how this hotel is 9+ review. The staff are nice and the hotel is fine. The rooms & hallways feel outdated & quite dark despite it having been renovated. The cold water in the bathroom was ALWAYS at least warm, may be hot. There was no fridge in the room. Really a downer. And they charge a resort fee!

We had a nice one night stay at the Omni San Francisco. The lobby is quite beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We appreciated how considerate the staff were- always friendly and looking to help. We ordered a couple items via room service, which were very good. I really like the hotel bar as well, though we didn't get a chance to stop there on this trip. The room was a reasonable price, although the valet parking seemed a bit excessively priced at $78 for a single night. We'll be happy to stay here again next time.

This was an impromptu stay in San Francisco. We had decided to come just for the day but since we left later than we had planned and with a Monday holiday we decided to spend the night. The hotel was quick to book on the site and we had no issues checking in. We have an electric vehicle so we had to pay for valet parking and they were able to charge our car for the one night that we were there. The hotel is in a great location and all the employees are very helpful.

This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had! The Omni San Francisco is a beautiful hotel, very old school and classy, and our room was roomy and comfortable. It was the staff who made our stay extra special though — the front desk clerk was so welcoming and kind, and Adam and Darryl the doormen were so friendly and helpful. Really top-notch staff! We had dinner and drinks in the hotel bar, which was lovely. The location could not be beat — we walked everywhere, from Nob Hill to North Beach and Pier 39. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous lobby, nice room. Wish they offered more than just coffee in the morning -- a danish or croissant, maybe even some orange juice. No self-parking owned by the hotel -- they offer daily valet parking at $72/day, which is fairly standard for the Financial District. The valets seemed on the slow side to me, but friendly, and the lobby staff was always courteous. The location is a great hub from which to walk to North Beach, Chinatown, Union Square, SoMa.

Have stayed at the hotel many times and have had very positive experiences. Best person at the hotel has to be Daniel, the Doorman. The best. Would love to see a quality restaurant open at the old Bob's Steakhouse. Great downtown location and well kept property.

We had a great stay. The Omni is a very nice hotel, 41/2*. It is showing it’s age and these edges should be attended to: drapery, caulking around the bathtub, pocket doors and other areas requiring more consistent attention.
