I can't review the property, because I didn't stay there. I was due to check in on the night of Wednesday the 12th and probably would not have arrived until after 10 PM. But when I found out that the reason for my trip to San Francisco was canceled, I tried to take advantage of the 24-hour window to get a refund. The property would not give me one because I was "inside the 24 hours." In fact I wasn't, it was just that check-in was in the afternoon, and I was calling a few hours later (even though it was earlier than my check-in would have been). As a result, I will never stay at a Best Western hotel ******* was unable to help me.
