太陽飯店(Hotel Del Sol)

We were incredibly disappointed with this place. Our tiny motel room had a very old and uncomfortable bed, I tried throughout the night to find a good position to sleep in but with no luck. There are bright lights from the outside of the room shining in with no curtains to block the light. My children didn't sleep well because of the very bright room. While checking in, after paying for everything, we were told construction would start at 6:30 am! It actually started at 6am with hammering and men yelling right outside our door. I have no idea why they would do this to their hotel guests, why not start at a later time? The construction made parking very difficult. We had a hard time exiting the motel because there was construction material blocking our car and a cement truck blocking the exit for the entire day. We had to wait at the entrance for the manager to let us out. The pool area is covered in construction dust and feels like you're in the way of the crew when you try to use the amenities you paid for. When I brought up these issues they said "Ok" and nothing else. We didn't stay for the 2nd night we paid for because it was such a terrible experience.

Hôtel bien placé dans la ville car quartier résidentiel et proche à pied de la mer et des quais mais hôtel vieillissant et très bruyant et très mal insonorisé !(circulation dense:Prendre les boules quies!) Même si sdb et lits propres, état moquette moyen et canapé taché. 3 jours s/place aucun service de ménage (pas de renouvellement de nécessaire de sdb et WC ni café et gobelets), 3 serviettes toilette pour un couple pour 3 jours (restent donc mouillées), plateau déjeuner à emporter dans la chambre peu pratique (repas sur table basse) et à rapporter à l'accueil, croissants rassis, poubelles à vider par nous mêmes (dont les restes du déjeuner) et surtout personnel pas top! Accueil à l'arrivée très froid...Pas de bonjour ni d'aurevoir durant le séjour et même au départ!! tant à l'accueil que le personnel du déjeuner qui réapprovisionne en vous passant devant le nez sans même s'excuser (à part quand le patron est là, lui seul est aimable et souriant). Les autres...vraiment pas agréables ! Pas de bonjour, pas de paroles pour demander si tout va bien, aucun sourire... Du début à la fin...

The staff at the Del Sol are very helpful and friendly. The area where the hotel is a very convenient for visiting lots of fun attractions. We wished that we had known that the patio area was under construction and that the rooms didn't have mini fridges

I loved how colourful and welcoming this hotel was! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room spacious, clean and relatively quiet. It was nice and central to public transport options which made it easy to get around. Would stay again!

Petit dèj, proximité de fisherman.. moins bien... en travaux à 'l'extérieur et le bruit des voitures qui rentrent pour se garer!

Les chambres sont dues pour un rafraîchissement.

Clean, quiet, quaint, cute property. Very friendy and helpful easy to work with and accommodating I would return!

Although the pool was being repaired, we enjoyed an upgrade and a wonderful breakfast. Well worth it
