Welcoming staff. Clean room. Great location for the family activities we were there to enjoy.
I like the idea of on the wall of the shower shampoo, body wash etc, but hard to push and got clogged. I appreciate lotion being in the room, however small bottles which were also hard to squeeze out the lotion.

Had a room with window facing the main road, really loud road noise on a friday night. The room was decently clean but found 2 pieces of broken glass just behind the room's entry door (thankfully i found it and not my young kids). The pieces were probably 0.25" big, so not so small that soneone cleaning rhe room wouldnt see it.
Breakfast in the morning was great

Viewing my window homeless encampment was visible, air conditioning was not proper even though I changed settings it was warm the day I arrived, the person checking me in was very un professional does not need to comment or needs to know my business, I checked out around 6:15 am breakfast was not ready I had to ask for a drink and the machine was not turned on, I will reconsider staying at a best western

The owner requires a 100 dollar deposit on a 100 dollar room. All of the amenities in the room were malfunctioning to some degree. The window shade and glass frame were broken and impossible to open. The shower would not get hot.

There were no things for the bathroom such as soap, shampoo, I had to bathe with hand soap that we had brought, when we complained, the person in front only told us that we should have come to the front for things when everything should be in its place. We paid 180 dollars for one night and we couldn't even sleep because of the noise of the cars that are on all sides of today, it was the worst of all the 20 years that I've been traveling through this country, not even motel 6 is that bad 😒

Property was clean. Breakfast included was good enough. Night staff was unprofessional and unavailable because of their child at work. Noisy from lobby, facilities nearby and construction on the freeway. Hated the auto-sensor light by the door. Had to block the sensor with the ironing board just so it doesn’t go off and wakes everyone up when someone uses the restroom. Towels look clean but extremely rough. Facility needs new towels!

Not the fanciest hotel but the staff is nice and friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is conveniently located to the freeway and places to eat.
