房間很乾淨，健身房也很好，24小時開放

位置好，性價比高。

我們住了兩晚，週五在艾德希蘭演唱會前一天入住。前台工作人員非常專業和友好。他同意了我們的要求，把我們的房間從一樓換到了四樓。我們的小套房裡有 3 位成人，配有一張加大雙人床和沙發/大床。房間非常乾淨，飯店的所有公共區域都很乾淨舒適。週六晚上我們步行到列維體育場觀賞音樂會。我們很享受週六和週日的早餐。當我們週日退房時，我們要去大美國，然後開車回家。我們詢問飯店是否可以在我們入住 Great America 期間寄存我們的幾個行李。前台服務員說他們很樂意幫您保管行李。她甚至提出把我們買的一些特殊糕點放在冰箱裡。在我們住宿期間與我們互動的每個人都很開朗且樂於助人。我們真的很享受這次訪問，如果我們要去該地區的話，我們會再次入住。謝謝酒店的工作人員。

Had a reservation to stay here after the Taylor Swift concert, we drove our vehicle to the concert because the walk is about 1.5 miles. When we tried to get back after the concert, the road closures block anyone from getting into the hotel from the main road and freeway on both sides We ended up having to find and pay for another hotel. When I called management the next day, they just kept repeating that they are not providing any refunds because "many other people tried to book here and we were full". I understand that this wasn't their fault but I paid almost $450 for a hotel I didn't get to sleep in. Management was unwilling to budge and since this was the was the second night of this particular concert, they knew the roads would be closed and guests were NOT informed. Poor business. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and won't be staying here again. Definitely would NOT advise staying here if you're in town for an event!

房間很舒服。我們住宿期間浴室一直很溫馨。由於時間原因，我們在那裡時沒有客房服務，但他們很樂意倒垃圾或給我們衛生紙。是的，有一列火車，但聲音不足以吵醒我們任何人，而且我們就在鐵軌旁邊。白天看火車很有趣。早餐是我在飯店吃過最豐盛的早餐。對令人驚嘆的早餐完全豎起大拇指。這些床非常舒服。總的來說，這是一次很棒的住宿。

Stayed at this hotel because of reading the outstanding reviews and proximity to my sons ball park. I have to say super impressed with Hotel lobby and customer service. I checked in between games because I knew we would be playing into the late hours. So with that. We had our key. Back to ballpark only to see and enter room after 11 pm. When we opened the door the smell of bathroom was very strong and musty and smelled almost as if the seal on the toilet was going. Because of the late hour. I just thought maybe it was from being closed up. All the rain and maybe the carpet was damp from past guests due to the weather. We pushed though it. We were tired cold and needed a hot shower. So turned on the fan heater and showered. Hoping our being in the room with all the things (fan, fresh smell of shower ) would help. Well. It really didn’t. We went to bed and all night kept smelling the toilet smell and musty water. Morning brought the smell even stronger as we had been all inside the room all night. Got up. Could not stay in room and relax due to smell and decided to check out by 9 am. Told the front desk and asked if someone would go check and get back to us. Not asking for a complete refund but something for the inconvenience would be appreciated. Anyways. No call or response from hotel as of yet. Hoping it can get resolved because with the exception of the nasty toilet smell super impressed with this property , it’s lobby , outdoor baseball court, pool.
