Very clean. Staff are so nice and helpful.Location is close to San Jose del Cabo Art District. Very nice area. A lot of restaurants around the area.

Stylish, Super clean and excellent service. The location is perfect, right next to the historical center of town. Every night we walked to dinner, so many great options. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful, they lent us beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Valet parking was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

We loved so much our stay at the stylish Flamboyan hotel. It has such a centric location right at the main square of San José with all the restaurants and shops. And at the same time we could enjoy their beach club just 2 min by car. The food was delicious as well as the kind service. The hotel is brand new with a tasteful interior design. Our room was very spacious and had a useful full kitchen. Loved the flower shop inside the hotel. The rooftop with its awesome swimming pool was a blast! Enjoy!

This is as nice a hotel as any I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Even the Murphy bed mattress was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and incredibly nice. If I ever return to Cabo this is where I would stay. You could pay much more for a hotel and not get as much for your money.

Terrific 2/3 BR apartment which was actually 3 adjoining bedrooms, all with terraces, with a common area in between that had a sleeper sofa. Big kitchen (no stove/oven) in common room and smaller kitchen in one of the bedrooms. Big kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. There are 2 in 1 laundry machines in all 3 rooms. Chic decor. But for all the fanciness, there were missing small things. One bathroom missing hand soap. No dish soap or sponge provided in the kitchen. Charge $15US if you want to use the coffee they've provided for the coffee pot (just a Mr. Coffee 12 cup with basket filter, if you want to drop by Chedraui before checking in). One bedroom had no hot water (we had 2 other bathrooms, so no big deal for us). And a very weird checkout -- we had to wait in the lobby while someone went up to check our rooms so that we didn't steal something! This isn't a hostel or anything -- we had paid about $600/night for the room, so this seemed odd. It would have taken forever had there been anyone else checking out at the same time! Parking is onsite and $15US/night, but it is very clean well-lit and safe so we did that. It is a tight squeeze to get down the ramp (we were in a Honda Pilot). I'd definitely stay here again, there were just these little quirks that didn't seem right for the amount that we were paying. Our room was on the outer road, which was noisy until about 11pm. Would have been quieter to have a room facing the town.

Brand new property, some small flaws like our bathroom door would not close, our sliding door to a balcony didn’t properly seal outside noise.
