聖若澤機場凱悅嘉寓飯店(Hyatt House San Jose Airport)

We had one night stay during a conference in the area. Unfortunately after getting in late we noticed our room was 82 degrees. We called the front desk twice to let them know and they said they would try and get a fan. No fam. No a/c. I requested a refund through ******* and waited for them to contact the hotel to confirm the issue. Nothing was done and the hotel lacked initiative to make it right. Homeless were outside congregating and the doors of the hotel remained locked throughout the night. We were very disappointed and will not stay again. Please be aware that the hotel manager was the person who communicated with ******* to deny any compensation for a horrible experience.

Towels in the bathroom were very thin. Sliding door to bathroom looked nice, but it didn't lock and you could hear everything from the outside when someone was going to the bathroom. Was locked out of front sliding doors several times when arriving back to hotel late at night and had to wait for front desk person to open them. $15/day parking should have been included in the stay price. Overall, the staff was friendly, building and the rooms looked nice, but for the price I thought I'd get more.

The employee who checked me in was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She straight up lied to me and thought she would get away without helping me until she found out I spoke Spanish and caught her in her lie. Plenty of choices around here, will go elsewhere next time because of the behavior of this employee (Veronica).

I paid over 600 USD for 2 nights and they don't clean the room daily, breakfast is just OK but still very basic for the cost of the night, shuttle to airport does not work from airport to hotel, called them, waited 30 min and just took uber, looks like the shuttle is only for VIP airline crews, going back to airport was OK.

had a few issues ac was not working correctly , needed new batery in remote control but, we had ants in our room and in the bed biting (yes sugar ants bite) discussed with manager and have pictures and i think it was resolved getting a refund.

The staff requested I complete a form stating no one else would number in the room and wanted the make and model of the car to prevent them from towing the car. The room next to me was filled with people making lots of noise all night. Their were ants coming out the light fixture.

The property was very conveniently located for our activities. We also used the public transportation which was a bonus. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Parking was excellent. Wish it had a jacuzzi but not that important.
