硅谷克拉麗奧飯店(Clarion Inn Silicon Valley)

Do not trust to WiFi if you depend on it. It’s been bad before (stayed many times before) but now it useless. Constant disconnect and no internet although connected to the router. Again - useless. Many guest that are working daytime it appears based on the night time activity. Wasn’t like that before either. Nice location but if you can’t work or sleep the rate better places around.

I got an accessible room and the bathroom has no tub but a certain to keep the water inside the shower area. After a shower half the bathroom is wet. Another drain in the bathroom constantly emitting foul sewer smell. I had to put water in there to stop the smell. The air conditioning unit was loud and noisy. Breakfast is a major disappointment. A brown bag with a cup of yogurt, tiny granola bar and a tiny juice box. The cost? May be $1.50 retail. Second day the breakfast was the same but with a tiny apple inside the bag. WOW!!! My next hotel after Clarion Inn delivered actual food and a breakfast area that customer can sit down to eat.

We stayed at the Clarion after being so disgusted with another hotel we booked for the night (we booked a room at Clarion and walked out of the 1st hotel). We were happy to finally get into something that we felt comfortable with.

Homeless problem I left two mornings in a row to homeless sleeping in-front of the elevator doors. Broken down work truck blocking 1/2 of the parking lot very unsightley and Tv kept loosing connection with satilite dish making it imposable to watch anything.

Pretty good place for the price that we pay. It’s clean, good size room and secure . I would recommend.

The pool was closed and the ice machine was not working. We had to press the elevator button over and over again for the button to light up. The hotel is good for the price.

I left a bag at the door of my room that had over $100 worth of vitamins and groceries and a new medical prescription. Housekeeping did not turn that in nor did they call me to let me know it was left there. When I called to find out about it, they claimed they never saw it.

It’s very nice and clean there’s no complaints because they treat you very nice thank you
