朋德雷德拉賽爾莫飯店(Podere Dell'Anselmo)

Cena e pernottamento tra le peggiori esperienze della mia vita. Per cena ci è stato portato (e non dico servito di proposito) cibo industriale di qualità scadente tra cui pane della lidl, bresaola al posto di carpaccio, gnocchi di chiara provenienza industriale e cotolette di pollo evidentemente provenienti da vaschette di supermercato. Tutto questo con vista cucina dove il personale non indossava né grembiule né cuffie o cappelli. Il titolare, probabilmente scambiandoci per stranieri, ci ha invitati ad assaggiare l'olio che diceva essere di loro produzione, peccato che l'etichetta riportasse frantoio ed azienda di provenienza delle olive in provincia di Arezzo. Ma il bello deve ancora venire, perché una volta in stanza... ad appena tre scalini di distanza dalla reception e dal ristorante è iniziato un vero concerto fatto di rumore di piatti, di sedie strusciate sul pavimento, vociare di persone e rumori vari da sala ristorante... che lì per lì te li puoi anche aspettare e chiudere un occhio fino a circa le 23... da qui in poi inizia la parte snervante della notte, fatta di continuo rumore di calpestio sulle scale e nell'appartamento soprastante alla nostra stanza, di continuo rumore di sciacquone di water, di acqua di doccia, di altro calpestio sulle scale, di telefono che suona con il titolare che va a rispondere tenendo un tono di voce alto per essere mezzanotte. Verso circa la una appena fuori dalla nostra finestra è arrivato un pick up, scesi gli occupanti ci sono stati i saluti di rito, ovviamente con un volume di voce incurante del fatto che qualcuno tentasse di dormire. Poi il calpestio e i rumori di acqua, di sedie strusciate e di vari oggetti spostati sul pavimento è continuato fin verso le 2 quando grazie a Dio ce l'abbiamo fatta a prender sonno. Peccato che alle 5.30 il tutto sia ricominciato da capo. Durante la notte insonne ho trovato tempo per leggere altre recensioni sulla struttura in cui si parlava di assenza di attenzioni verso il cliente... ma a mio parere l'assenza principale è quella di una educazione civile. Altre osservazioni negative sulla stanza riguardano la difficoltà nella chiusura dei serramenti, la mancanza di un listino prezzi all'interno della stanza, alla mancata esposizione di un piano di evacuazione e la mancanza di anche solo una presa schuko in tutta la stanza. Ah, in tutte queste queste pecche posso segnalare che la stanza era pulita e la location ha una vista invidiabile. Allego foto della magnifica cotoletta preparata da chi sul sito si vanta di tenere corsi di cucina.

Fantastisk sted til oplevelse af Agriturismo i Italien. Dejlig velkomst. Skønt autentisk og stort værelse med lille køkken og køleskab. Dejlig seng at sove i, alt var nydeligt rengjort. Morgenmaden var ok, ikke stort udvalg, men passede fint til god opstart på dagen. Det allerstørste plus, var dog området ved poolen. Det var helt fantastisk. Skøn pool, mange dejlige steder at nyde solen og fantastisk udsigt. Der var mulighed for rideture, da der lå lille sted med heste 200 m derfra. Det valgte vi dog ikke at benytte os af, da meget af turen var på lidt ujævnt underlag med mange sten. Fantastisk sted, så bare book ! Obs at vi rejse uden børn, og tænker ikke at der var så meget sjov for børn at opleve. Men super dejlig oplevelse for unge og voksne.

To był niezwykły pobyt. Miejsce oczarowało nas od samego wjazdu na wzgórze. Było zdecydowanie lepiej niż na zdjęciach na Booking!!!! Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Wyposażenie apartamentu lepsze niż zakładaliśmy. Bardzo dobra cena i bardzo dobra jakość. Bardzo dobre jedzenie podawane w budynku głównym z atmosferą jak w prywatnym domu. Bardzo przytulnie i bardzo milo. Nie mogliśmy trafić lepiej!!!!

Vacanza incantevole all’insegna del relax buon vino e ottima compagnia in mezzo alla natura . Un ringraziamento speciale per Fabrizio e tutto il suo staff , veramente gentili e disponibili . We (my husband, son, and myself) had the absolute best time at this incredible agriturismo. The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The wine is among the best in Europe and the food is exceptional. Special shout outs to Fredrica and Benedetta plus the entire staff for making our stay the trip of a lifetime!

Great location to visit Volterra. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, amazing pool, great selection for breakfast and for dinner. Lovely patio to eat dinner on. This place could be really amazing, needs grounds to be better taken care of....****s everywhere and overgrown, driveway to place is full of ruts and potholes. An adventure getting there. Garbage area right in front in parking area, not a good first impression. Also, there is always a smell of horse manure and urine. they have horses you can ride but they seem to dispose of manure by putting it on the fields close to property in the olive grove. Flies are around because of this. There was no place to hang clothes in room. Air condtioner didn't work very well so had to have windows open and you got the smell of manure or noise as there was a party on premises with children running around wild. ( they were supposed to stay in annex area but were running around pool area)They did have a small complete kitchen in a cupboard which was nice but we didn't use. Water went out one morning but was fixed in about 15 minutes. This could be an amazing place if they had better management and a full time grounds keeper. It really is a shame,

Great quiet location in the Italian countryside. Close to Florence. Staff is wonderful, so friendly. Loved breakfast and had a wonderful dinner there too, and great wine!

Stunning views,great food, very nice staff. Our room was amazing for a family of 6.Fabricio was a very kind and very attentive with the tables of dinner time,specially with ours.our dog was happy too,the only concert was the ac was not working but the rest was awesome!!

Had an amazing experience staying here for the weekend. The food was great and cheap , aboulutely gorgeous views from every corner and kind people around. Perfect place! Also outstanding wine , u cannot stop to enjoy it. Absoulutely right location to feel Toscana
