DO NOT bring your family here. I had read good and bad reviews about this hotel. But I read one veeery bad that I thought the person had to be overreacting or exagerated. Everything is true. Nasty, dirty, hair over the microwave, hair in the pillows, hair in the towels. As soon as we opened the door we felt smelled like urine. The beds make an horrible noise every time that a person moves sleeping that wakes the rest of the people. The fridge makes a disturbing noise like if someone is hitting something with a stick many times and is LOUD. The worst hotel we have been. And we travel twice a year. Nasty Nasty. Do NOT stay here. You get what you pay but this people asked too much for something so disgusting. When were finishing the check in a homeless aproached us because the process is in the parking lot next to the entrance. The employee is inside a cabin but the customer is exposed next to the parking lot and in front of the road.....so ashamed with my family for my decision. The only good thing we had was the employee who made the check in at 8pm. Very kind and the other guy that made a reservation for us for a taxi when we were leaving. The other one in the reception area during the day is the most arrogant person in the world. I think that was not a human. Can't be. Maybe is the owner must be. Too many reviews describing the same. Don't be like me that gave them the benefit of the doubt, DON'T go to this place. We didnt sleep the beds are veery uncomfortable. Too much.

This is a low end hotel. This was acceptable for staying in for about 12 hours so you did not have to drive 2 hours when exhausted. Staff was super friendly however, which gave me hope. looks like they are trying to remodel and update so perhaps in the future it might be better.

This place was ok. We stayed the night right before our cruise. There are fast food near by to walk to. We were able to walk to the port. It’s about a mile away. The area seem safe enough to walk around. The room was clean but did have a bit of musty smell. It served its purpose and we would stay again. The TV had spotty connection. And there is no check in lobby only a window. And you can’t really see who you’re talking too due to window tint.

The staff here is friendly, accommodating, and excellent at providing information about San Pedro. The property is a little iffy. But the room was clean and well finished. If you're going on a cruise, this is an affordable place to stay.

The staff are exceptional & the property isn’t sketchy (I was a bit concerned when I booked). An important note is that second floor rooms are not ADA or accessibility-friendly. Some rooms types (ie. Triple) are only available on second floor.

Great place to rest your head before catching the ferry to Catalina in the morning. Sam was awesome allowed us to store our bags while the rooms got cleaned. We were even able to park our cars while on the island for a much better price!!

Been here many times the service is always the best! Rooms are always spotless and clean. If your just looking for a place to rest your head for the night I would recommend.

They were accommodating of our late arrival time (1AM) and had a comfortable bed for a few hours. What more can you ask for?
