聖拉蒙凱悅嘉寓(Hyatt House San Ramon)

The staff members were amazing. From lending us a charger, to making sure we got a quiet room, all our needs were seen to, with a smile.

Everything works fine. The room is just the right size with all the amenities; couch, kitchenette, and great shower with good water pressure. A lot of hotels have horrible shower water pressure because of water conservation shower head and clogging. This hotel facilities are clean and new looking.

We ended up in a handicapped accessible unit, which was fine even though we hadn't booked it. This particular room, Room 210, was in shabby shape. There was a broken light in the bathroom, and the dresser drawers were in need of repair. While we were there, the coffee machine broke, and we had to ask for another.

Tried many hotels in the area at this price point and this was the best. Solid breakfast. Heated pool, nice gym. Area is very safe.

The exterior is palacial and beautiful. The interior doesn't match at all. Old pictures on the walls that had stains etc, and furniture that looked from the 70's in halls etc.. the rooms appear larger online, and were sterile in a business office kind of way. The bedroom was ok, but basic. The pool was fun, and the hot tub was boiling hot..so not very relaxing. The full sized kitchen was nice, but did not list any pots and pans in what was included, so had to pack my own only to find out they did have some..I would put an itemized list of what is in the kitchen to give a clearer picture. Big TV's were nice .and late check out was nice. Breakfast is so so..dehydrated eggs etc..but better than nothing..food not refilled enough, so get there early..Staff all nice and polite..overall we would stay again, but would want the inside vibe to match the beauty of the outside..

For the amount of money they charge, i would rather stay at a motel 6. The toilet was broken and sprayed watwr all over my back, and all over the floor. There were chips in the wood floor molding and i cut my toe on it. 200.00 bucks a night, and tje room is really small, the bathroom is tiny. Just not a good experience especially for a Hyatt

Staff was excellent, property condition was average. Bedding for pull out bed was dirty. Staff remedied the situation immediately.

To get hit with a $10.00 parking fee per night was a surprise. Otherwise overall a great stay.

I had just come off an 11-hour international flight when I arrived at the hotel. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. However, I was so disappointed when I came to my floor. The hallway was dark and had a strange aroma. The room was an even greater disappoin**ent. It was gloomy and had extremely dated furnishings and fixtures. I seriously when the place was last renovated. Why didn't it match the aesthetics as the lobby?! The carpet (although dark), looked disgusting and in dire need of replacing. The windows panes had black mold/dirt (not sure which one). The pictures are far better than what you are really getting when you stay here. I was booked to stay for several days, but after that first night needed to get out and find another accommodation. Thankfully the manager was amicable and gladly provided me a refund after I told her I could not stay and needed to cancel my reservation early. Seriously, I can't believe they charge what they do for these rooms.
