Ubicación céntrica

De inicio no me respetaron la habitación que pague prometía dos cañas y cuando llegue me dijeron que era otra ,las personas que me atendieron fueron necias , en la descripción de la habitación cuando la compré incluía desayuno lo cual tampoco fue cierto , habitaciones muy pequeñas e incómodas , por el mismo precio estuve en otro lugar más cómodo en la misma ciudad una semana antes

Lugar muy limpio, personal amable y siempre pendiente de todo.

No tienen parqueo

Nuestra estadía en el Oasis fue maravillosa. Nos encanto el jardín donde desayunábamos y cada detalle para crear una vibra de paz y armonía. Las instalaciones son bien limpias, cómodas y lindas, perfectas para alguien que busque un ambiente familiar. Nos tomamos muchas fotos tratando de captar lo bonito que es el hotel. Lo mas importante, todo el personal trabaja para crear una experiencia única e inolvidable. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez.

Breakfast was $8. Hotel had many rules. In by 10 pm or you are locked out for the night. Doors open at 6am. Hotel not close to restaurants or stores. Hotel old and outdated, was not worth the price. In a ok part of town but i would not want to go out at night. Its more like a monastery with their rules than a hotel. Luke warm hot water and i got electrical shocked when i went to move the plastic shower head. No gfi’s. This is not a hotel you want to stay out because of their rules. Who is the customer???

This hotel has many rules not stated during the listing! You are not allowed to enter the hotel past 10pm at night. Moreover, every guest requires an ID, even if they are underage. This should be explicit stated because many people are traveling from far and may not always have official forms of identification.

Property is fine, though not really worth the price I paid for the room. The silly rules made my trip not enjoyable. Constantly feeling rushed to make a curfew is ridiculous, and no accommodations for early check outs is just unacceptable. Their excuse was "you should have read the policy" and while it is available in other sites, the description of the rules on ******* is wholly inadequate. Do not stay here, there are better located options for less money and with better accomodation, where they do not treat you like an untrustworthy teenager.

The area around the property was very nice and very quiet. Theirs a pupusaria walking distance from the hotel and various shops. The hotel itself is very nice. The atmosphere is very pretty with its greenery and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only complaint is the breakfast and the ac. Some rooms dont have AC they give you a few fans but during the night it gets cold. They dont have breakfast here. The only thing they serve is a small cup of coffee thats $1 per cup. The wifi is free and strong. The time to check in is 10 pm after that they close the door and dont let people in or out. The hotel is very quiet, theirs never any loud noise so you can sleep or stay in the hotel no problem. Would stay again.
