斯蒂爾山度假村(Steele Hill Resorts)

Las intalaciones bien limpia y bien organisado lo que no me gusto en que nececitas una llave diferente para las picina eso qjieres decir que cada vez que vas a entrar y salir de la picina tienes que ir al lobby por la llave

Es un hermoso lugar... pero le falta mucho aseo a los apartmentos, encontré cereal en la carpeta regado que nosotros no habiamos llevado y en el baño habia algo tirado en las paredes, y a los baños de la piscina tambien les falta aseo.

I really liked the hotel's pool, I stayed in the West part of the hotel just because of the pool so you don't have to get cold when you get out. I believe they need to renovate the rooms in the west part. But I really liked the hotel, the restaurant has few options on the menu but has great service. The entire staff was very friendly. I will go back again but I will try south next time.

The accommodations were great. We loved the room, the amenities. Definitely a place that we want to come back and revisit.

We stayed in room 108B. The white blanket had black scuff marks on top of the bed. There were thick layers of dust around the edge of the entire rooms. The rest was passable. The restaurant had good service and good food. We enjoyed the indoor pool areas. The Mountain view’s are beautiful. We had stayed there around 16 years ago and not much has changed. It appears to be in need of some updating and upgrades. Would not recommend unless there’s no other places available. That was with our case.

The room had a scenic view of Lake Winnisquam and was very spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool area was awesome and the Roman spa was super relaxing. The kids loved the pool and the arcade area and stuffed animal building station. We will definitely be back!

For the price per night it wouldve been nice to actually have a view! I do not recommend the rooms up on the hill!

The views from the room were great and that's where it ends. Starting with stains all over the sofa that I didn't want to sit on, burn holes in the rug, & the kitchen faucet would not shut off. The general condition of the unit was lots of deferred maintenance. The icing on the cake was finding housekeeping in my room starting to ***** the bed just after my wife had gotten out of the shower and I hadn't checked out yet. I mentioned my concerns to the main office that I found housekeeping in my room and they said they must have gone to the wrong room. It certainly put a damper on our stay. I don't think we'll ever return to Steel Hill.

The property itself was absolutely lovely. The hotel part is a bit dated but still cozy. There were a few petty annoyances but other than that very nice spot.
