Everything was in order. Clean bedding and fresh bathrooms. The Housekeeping was done well too. My Son's sleeper couch was comfortable and cosy blankets provided for Him, which He loved. It was the highlight of His stay. He loved that He didn't have to share with Mommy. Traveling with Mids can be challenging and demanding but they made sure we're good and comfortable. I did send My Son a couple of times to the reception and He got help. NB: Only challenge was no phone. Having to go all the way up there for help was a turn off. They need phones if not they need to answer their whatsapp line,which they hardly responded to.

From reception to the cleaning lady, the security guard outside and the dinner was exellent with very friendly service. We even had a nice walk in a upmarket neigborhood. We will go again if we have to sleep over in JHB

Friendly staff and a clean place to stay.Got a generator for load shedding which worked perfectly when the power went out,The only problem was that we waited quite a long time for our dinner to be served.

Its a good hotel, safe and clean. However, the housekeeping staff are extremely noisy, always shouting in the hallways, could not relax during the day in my room.

Really good value. Only watch out if you cant climb as there are no lifts and if you want a nightcap the bar was closed at 21h30 Saturday evening. Staff gave us excellent service and would stay here again.

Lovely quiet setting, yet close to major business district of Sandton, Friendly and helpful staff.

The people that work at this place are always willing to make your stay extra amazing - very friendly stuff. If you have any concerns or questions, they are very swift to assist.

Excellant hotel. Excellant place to stay. So affordable, and compared to similar / surrounding hotels in the area the value for money is incredible. The rooms are big enough to walk around all the furniture and not bump into anything at all. There is a desk and chair big enough to put a laptop on and actually work at or do your makeup on. The bed is firm and the linens are soft and clean always. The windows are huge and actually open really far which I love. There are even smoking rooms which I love love love!! My favourite part is probably the room divider between the bed and bathroom which is automated to go up and down at the flick of a button. It makes me sooo happy!! Lol. Then theres the pool and the outside area where you can lounge, eat, chill and swim. I haven't found a downside so far and for someone as critical as me that's a big big deal.
