The staff here were so helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly and kind. The cook actually came around and asked how our breakfast was. Hotel was clean. Elevator sounded weird but worked perfectly fine. My only gripe is that there were little stains on one of the bed sheets and towel (I don’t like stains, even on my sheets at home). But it definitely wouldn’t stop me from visiting again. Perfect location, everything was pretty much 15 minutes away from the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The overall material condition of this hotel is bad. The elevator made horrible noises. Was afraid it might fail at any moment. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking. The tub was full of stains and had no drain stopper. The door to the room was hard to shut. Parking deck was hard to get into and was on a curve making it hard to safely exist to avoid other vechicals. The staff was friendly by often missing. Believe they are short staffed at the front desk. The " Market" was not very well stocked. I travel a lot for work and this was by far one of the worst Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at. I would strongly encourage looking elsewhere if you have an option.

The staff were very accommodating. After entering my initial booked room, I was highly unsatisfied. The room had a terrible food odor, the tub and shades were disgusting and the walls had chips and knicks everywhere. I asked the front desk to move to another room, hopeful for a more cleaner room. Unfortunately the bedding was soiled and disgusting and at that point, I refused to even entertain asking for another room. We went to the front desk and told the staff that we would not stay at this location, showed pictures of the disgusting bedding that was made up as if it were clean, and asked for a refund. Luckily we were able to get a room at a nearby location that we’d stayed at before. I have no idea how this property has an 8.2 rating on *******!

Front desk staff person during the first two days were very helpful. not so much after that. When we first got to our room someone used the toilet and did not flush it. We did not get any room service for the entire five days of our stay, even after multiple calls to the front desk. Other than that, it is a nice hotel, great location, lots of restaurants close by.

The room itself and the hallways/common areas were clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was as good as expected. The staff was all very cheerful and helpful. However, the parking areas smelled horrible and the elevator looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Small things were starting to make it look a little run-down. Like the handle was broken on one of the garage doors with an aging sign sending you to the other door, the faucet and toilet handles were a little loose.

First than any thing a cockroach in the room was our welcome souvenir, we told the person in charge at the front desk and she said somebody were going to clean and disinfect the room but nobody show up not even our room was done at the next day. At the main entrance and along the back stairs the trash cans were not changed during two days we were staying there. We chose Holiday inn because we though we would have a better experience.

Reserved a king room suite and then on the way down got a call that a mistake had been made and now we were in just a king . Then we get here late expecting our room and guess what, now there was a mistake and we end up in a room with two queen beds. We came to a concert In Atlanta and to have a nice night out but this part was a bummer. Will not be here again.

It looks clean and spacious. We reserved it because it had all amenities we needed: parking, fridge, microwave and everything was for a reasonable price. Don't expect anything special, though - it's a regular 3 stars hotel to stay overnight. We were not lucky, the fire alarm went off three times on the night we stayed there. The hot breakfast was good, though.

Loved my 2-night stay at the hotel. Room was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The carpets are old though. Breakfast was pretty decent. The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t get any room cleaning service. We asked for towel change and trash removal but it wasn’t done. Overall the hotel was good. We will definitely stay again.
