If you don’t drive, it’s very inconvenient to get to hotel and there’s basically nothing nearby. I have never stay in any 5 star hotel that only offer complimentary bottle water on the first day, and there’s no supermarket nearby within 5min walk. There’s no phone in the room, so you couldn’t call room service to get water. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

This hotel is in many ways wonderful with a fantastic sea view over the Bay of Napoli, a sumptuous breakfast with excellent service and a wonderful garden on the property. The Gio Ponti styling is cool although perhaps becoming a bit dated after 60 years. What could easily be improved in this 5 star property are the lacklustre free internet service and the absence of daily free water bottles (provided only on day 01). The 20 minute walk to the Sorrento Centre, where all the shopping and most restaurants are, is not easily fixed and may discourage some from booking, as taxi’s in Sorrento are really overpriced. Having said that, As seniors, we would go back for future visits, as long as we can readily make the walk to town!

The hotel was right on the waterfront with lovely views of the Gulf of Naples. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Staff excellent. Included breakfast had many options including fresh fruit and pastries. Valet parking is 15Euro per night. About a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Sorrento

This is my favorite property to stay at worldwide. It's not overly fancy or fussy, but the staff is lovely and the views are out of this world. It's a very comfortable property in stunning Sorrento. This was my 3rd stay.

Front desk was excellent, especially Amundo. He went above and beyond to make our trip most memorable. Hotel was exceptional. I particularly love the lounge bar when Ivan the bartender made amazing cocktails.

We visited this "5 star hotel," in Sorrento in August of 2023. We had booked it though our American Express Platinum Hotel Collections feature, and were sorely disappointed more than once. Here is a breakdown of the pro's and con's for anyone looking to book this hotel in the near future. Pros: The grounds (reception and dining areas, outside seating area, pool, private beach, and views were all very nice). The female staff members are all very kind, friendly, and respectful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and appetizing. And that's it! Cons: You will receive a very unwarm welcome upon check in. We booked a triple room that sleeps three, and we're charged $120.00 Euros per night for having our four year old child with us using our existing bedding! No other hotel we've ever booked has done such a thing, unless you order additional bedding--let alone a "5 star hotel." You will also be informed that your $100 credit through the American Express Platinum Hotel Collection will not be honored at the dollar rate but at the Euro rate of $90.00. When we tried connecting to their Wi-Fi to check work and personal emails, we realized that their Wi-Fi is unreliable and disconnects every couple of minutes. Upon taking the elevator from the ground floor up to the floors with rooms, we were immediately transported to a two star motel. My husband and I enjoyed Parco dei Principi. The hotel has beautiful scenic views of the coast. You can see Mt. Vesuvius from the hotel! Getting a sea view room is a must! The hotel also has wonderful picturesque spots all over! The hotel is very clean and our room was always touched up in between the day. Staff was polite and accommodating. We also enjoyed the free buffet breakfast that was provided.
