Disgusted doesn't even begin to explain how I feel.
We booked this room 6 months in advance for an upcoming concert at the Levi's Stadium. Upon arrival we could see that the lot was fairly busy & were showed were to park our vehicle. As we entered, we got behind about 100+ people, no exaggeration to CHECK IN at 4:30. From that time it took until 5:58 before we were at the front counter. There were 2 events being held at the hotel along with numerous people staying for the concert & other reasons. Not one apology from any employee. Not one person did a damn thing to make up for this inconvenience. Since we had to cancel our dinner reservations due to this horrid wait, we ordered "room service" through them at "al a carte" the estimated time was ASAP or 30 minutes. It's been almost an hour, no food. Nobody answers the phone there & we have an Uber coming soon meanwhile we paid for a meal that isn't here. (Let me mention it's ONE HAMBURGER, FRIES
& a SODA) out of all the traveling etc. my husband & I have done, never have we been so disappointed as we have with this place. Definitely not worth a penny. If they could give us a refund I'd take it & go.
Note to management: PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE!!!!!!
