舒適飯店-海灘/棧道區(Comfort Inn Boardwalk)

Its location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner was so noisy, it kept running for the whole night and kept generating unpleasant noise during our sleep. Also, the microwave was not functioning properly, it couldn’t be used after just a few minutes of microwaving food (which we think it failed due to overheating), and we had to wait for more than 10 minutes before it could be used again. We had to move the microwave from the shelf under the TV to another locaton so that it can be cooled down faster.

Hotel was nice. Staff was nice.

We have been coming to this hotel for the past 3-4 years. Always been a great stay. This time around the bed sheets were dirty and soaps provided were used. The owners are great polite and good people. We will definitely give it another shot. Everyone has bad days.

Great location near the boardwalk and free breakfast. Rooms are not bad but our tv did not work and we checked in too late so the front office was closed.

Better than expected. Comfortable clean rooms close to the Boardwalk. I like that there was a bedroom and separate couch and second TV space.

The hotel is 2 mins from the boardwalk. Nothing special but a great location if you don’t want to drive. The rooms are very small & dated but clean. The parking is very tight, glad we have a small car. The management let us park early before the room was ready which was very nice. The people in the next room partied for hours, it was a Saturday & people on the street yelling etc. Brought my earplugs so it worked out. We did not stay for the breakfast but it smelled good. Overall it is a very basic hotel, pretty expensive but you’re paying for the location & convenience.

We really enjoyed the Comfort Inn. The owners are very nice and accommadating. The one thing we we had a problem with was the carpets were so dirty that our feet were black from just walking across the floor a couple of times. The girls and their Papa enjoyed the pool each evening. We will stay there again.

Booked this hotel but did not end up staying here. Bedding covers had stains. Bathroom sink pipes were exposed in the open. Parking was really cramped as was the room itself. For the price we paid we expected more. Not worth $259 a night by any stretch. Weekdays were cheaper but still overpriced for the room. Just did not feel comfortable. I do not recommend.

It was only a block away from the boardwalk and you could see it from the sidewalk. I was afraid we could hear all the noise from the boardwalk in our room as it was quite loud outside but it was surprisingly quiet inside. And breakfast was good as well. They had both hot and cold food options. The only downfall was the bathroom could be updated a little but other than that the room was very clean and comfortable.
