沖浪城套房汽車旅館(Surf City Inn & Suites)

The front desk staff are very proactive, kind, and extremely responsive. Their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. The hotel amenities are exactly what I was looking for. It’s a nice place to stay with the family because of updated kitchen and cleanliness.

Was given a room with two queens, not one king. Both queen bed sheets were dirty/stained and had hairs in them. Holes in walls, patched and unpainted holes in walls and doors, dirty surfaces. New room with king bed smelled so strongly of chemical cleaners. Surfaces were dirty along with lots of holes and patched holes.

This Hotel does NOT change the sheets in between guests. Both of our beds had yellow pee stains (fresh). It was disgusting. Bring your own pillows because the pillows are flat as a pancakes and they only give you two per bed. Bring your own towel too because the towels are tiny - not even the size of a standard bath towel. Very strange. It looks like they have tried to do some renovations but the place is a dump, very dirty. I guess you get what you pay for. The only good thing about this place is the indoor pool/ hot tub. That’s it!

The owners have and are currently fixing up this place. Fresh paint, new floors and fixtures everywhere. It's a fine place to stay, but the remodeling appears quick and shoddy, with paint peeling in places and some breakage of trim. The lighting in the rooms is upsetting. It's too much daylight and makes the place seem extra cheap. They could replace the light bulbs in the rooms with warmer light and it would be a big improvement. The rooms have a strong aroma of cleaner, which also comes across as cheap. A couple of the guests seemed a little shady, though most of the guests were just fine. Someone did come through the place around 5am knocking on doors and calling out "Jim". That was upsetting. The location was great - walking distance to the boardwalk and to downtown. Overall, this place is a good value, but don't expect it to be anything but a painted old motel.

I was traveling to move my son into UC no space for 2 cars and when asked about accommodation still none even offered to pay for it and had to park on the outside where there’s rvs and tents hopefully my vehicle isn’t stolen.. Wouldn’t recommend due to safety of vehicles having to be parked out of our sight.. Bad business..

Positive: Served its purpose for our stay in SC. Walkable and easy to access. Negative: Our bed sheets were dirty, used, hair and stains located in between the different layers not just the top sheet. We had to ***** are own bed down and ask for all new sheets and covers. Staff was helpful.

Sheets were a bit dirty and walls/bed was very loud. Also a few seedy characters around in the evening but no issues and staff was very accommodating to early check in and leaving a key for another guest.

I reserved the room that best fit my needs. I processed the payment and drove to the hotel. I was able to check in immediately. The staff was friendly and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Indoor pool area with hot tub is great. Location is also great. Price is reasonable for the area. The hot water was not working for any of the showers the weekend we stayed however, which is a dealbreaker
