讓納圖之家飯店(Hotel Casa Zañartu)

This hotel is located in what it used to be an old very large private house built in the late 1890's. Of course it is no up to the 21st. century. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. I am incapacitated so I went up to our room with help from two staff members, and stayed there until the time to go to the airport the next day. The room is not air conditioned, so we had to the windows open to get some air. The bathroom is tiny and you have to be a contortionist to get in and close the the door, no toilet paper holder, so a roll was left on top of the toilet water tank. Only one towell holder, so the other towells were left on the beds. Don't forget the towells before getting in to the bathroom. Be carefull about what you need, because there is no telephone to call the front desk. Well, I guess you get the picture.

We had a very poor experience staying in this hotel. They gave us their worst room because we had booked via ******* and had a special offer. The room was very small ( not like the photos) , after complaining they moved us to a bigger but super noisy room. They were asking for extra money for this. The breakfast was so limited and poor, serving commercial Nescafe with hot boil as coffee! Although it looks like a charming hotel, I do Not recommend it. We checked out and booked in another hotel for the following day for much better rates and waaaaay more comfort.

Estoy solicitando reembolso porque por disturbios alrededor del hotel no pude llegar y obvio se trata de una causa ajena a mi voluntad q sucedió al momento q yo m dirigía al hotel, incluso hablé al hotel y m confirmaron q no había paso a sus instalaciones y q al siguiente día q también m hospedaría ahí, estaría igual o peor m, x lo q desde ese momento informe tanto huyen como expidia y a fin de salvaguardar mi Integridad física m traslade a otro lugar. Desafortunadamente como solo tienen opción de Cancelar bajo sus condiciones, es nulo el contacto humano para hablar al respecto e incluso negociar y obligan al consumidor a buscar otra vías para dar solución a la situación

Aqui também minha reserva estava inicialmente com a informação que tinha sido cancelada. Após o susto e a reparação, tudo ficou normal. A localização do hotel é bastante confortável, com tudo perto. Nada a reclamar dos serviços, limpeza, e atendimento no geral.

Es un hotel muy bonito y muy bien conservado. El perdonal es muy atento y servicial. El Hotel es una construcción antigua muy bonita. Bien ubicado y accesible. En general todo nos gustó.

A localização do hotel é ótima, perto do metrô e todas as atrações no centro histórico podem ser visitadas a pé. O atendimento é muito cordial e respeitoso. O ambiente é muito bonito e requintado. O café da manhã é servido na mesa e, como sugestão, poderia variar entre os dias.

Buena relacion precio calidad cuando se pretende hosped**** en cerca del centro. Desayuno continental rico y basto para iniciar un buen día. Se debe poner de acuerdo para que hagan el aseo de la habitación, de lo contrario lo omiten.

Cumple con lo contratado, buena atencion, comoda la habitacion, todo muy limpio, personal amable. Conexion wifi lenta, habitacion a la calle un poco ruidosa. destacar el restaurante buen servicio y menú. En general buena experiencia
