Check in was crazy there is certain things they should tell you before arriving and they take your money Only good thing is your belongings are safe and most of the staff are fine apart one one person who made check In extremely difficult I wouldn’t stay here again and have stayed in most Marriott around the world

I had a terrible experience, there was a very loud music until 4 am, this is the most expensive hotel in santo domingo, and I could not rest! Paid for parking, wasnt able to use it , had to go back to activate..: the phone in the room did not work, so I had to go down the lobby to order, my grand daughters went to sleep , came in late because I called, burned and cold, order more towels even as I said I had two toddlers in my reservation we were short of towels, hotel is very comfortable, and nice rooms, I really had bad luck

Evrrybody was so pleasant. The staff was amazing they greeted me with respect. Check in was fast and easy. Will recommended this place and the Bkue Mall was attack didn't have to leave Marriott. Keep up the GREAT work you guys are doing.

Not my first stay at this hotel so I’ve a comparison point. First night I didn’t have internet or tv, I’d to wait almost 2 hours for checking in due some software issues. Also, I didn’t have the room key until the afternoon of the day after I arrived so it wasn’t the standard I’m used to for a JW

It is very expensive! For the parking need to pay as separate charges, the bathroom is dirty and the main entrance is not private. Need yo pay also 500 pesos per internet use daily. Is not worth its value.

Excelente localización, personal muy atento y servicial. Ubicado en en Blue Mall un centro comercial de alta gama. Cerca de restaurantes de primera calidad.

Nort recommended. Parking is terrible for a "luxury" hotel it should have a proper parking located directly at or near the hotel entrance, instead you have to go around to the other side in Santo Domingo traffic whic takes about, believe it or not, 30 minutes minimum in rush hour. In addition, even though my one night stay was prepaid through ********** they blocked US$700 (seven hundred dollars) on my credit card. That is outrageous. Only good thing is all hotel personnel is very friendly and welcoming.
