奧羅拉奢華套房飯店(Aurora Luxury Suites)

Everything is great except for the fact that the wifi is so slow. I thought this wouldn’t be an issue as I have a European calling plan to fall back on but there was no signal in that area as well. When I was in the center of Fira or Oia or even the port or airport, I had no issues with my phone coverage. It's just that when I am at the hotel I can barely connect. That said, the staff in this place are lovely and the facilities are quite nice! Also though is not in the center of Fira or Oia, they provide free transfers throughout the day. The facilities and staff made my stay here worthwhile. If the wifi issue can be fixed, this would be a really nice hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel l’ultima settimana di Luglio, davvero una struttura impeccabile. La cura di ogni minimo dettaglio fa davvero la differenza. L’albergo è situato in un punto davvero strategico, fuori dal caos e vicinissimo ad ogni città o spiaggia che si voglia visitare. La camera dotata di ogni confort (compreso un phon per capelli davvero valido, che ahimè non è scontato lo si trovi ovunque). Piscina e lettini sempre puliti e ben curati. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole incidente stradale proprio l’ultimo giorno davanti all’entrata dell’hotel e l’umanità, la dolcezza e l’assistenza che ci ha dimostrato tutto lo staff non ha veramente paragoni. La direttrice della struttura, una persona veramente splendida, ha avuto una cura nei nostri confronti che mi ha lasciata davvero a bocca aperta. Infinitamente grati per tutto. Andrea&Jessica We stayed in this hotel in the last week of July, it was truly an impeccable structure. Attention to every little detail really makes the difference. The hotel is located in a very strategic position, away from the hustle and bustle and close to every city or beach you want to visit. The room equipped with every comfort (including a really good hair dryer, which unfortunately is not obvious you can find it unevanche). Swimming pool and sunbeds always clean and well cared for. Unfortunately we had a sad accident on the road on our last day before entering the hotel and the humanity, kindness and assistance that the staff have shown us is truly unmatched. The manager of the structure, a truly splendid person, took care of us that really left our mouths open. Infinitely grateful for everything. Andrea&Jessica

Hôtel magnifique, propre (ménage tous les jours), calme, belle piscine (serviettes de bain en libre service), le personnel est au top. le petit-déj copieux, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, ça l'fait!! Cependant, l'hôtel est un peu excentré, il n'y a rien autour, si vous voulez déj/diner et que vous n'êtes pas véhiculé, ce sera dans le resto de l'hôtel, pas le choix!. L'hôtel propose cependant une navette gratuite pour se rendre à Oia (le soir) et Fira (3 navettes dans la journée), ça c'est top! sinon, je vous conseille de louer une voiture (58€ la journée) pour sillonner l'Île (il y a de magnifiques choses à voir :)), les taxis/uber sont chers, la voitures est + économique. La plage en bas de l'hôtel n'est pas praticable (gros cailloux). Bon séjour!

Amazing location, such great staff and very helpful! Would stay her again when coming to visit Santorini, stunning view, free transport into town and to port and delicious breakfast buffet!

Séjour que nous recommandons en couple, personnels à l’écoute bienveillant et d’une grande hospitalité. Les navettes sont nécessaires puisque l’hôtel se situe loin des lieux touristiques. Je conseille de louer un moyen de locomotion pour faire le tour de l’île peut être augmenter le nombre de navette vers Oia et Fira , proposer la possibilité de se rendre aux plages noires et rouge via ces navettes? La restauration est limitée, l’hôtel propose le restaurant Poree uniquement … de ce fait nous nous sommes fait livré 2 soirs à l’hôtel L’hôtel est soigné, les draps changés chaque jour ainsi que des échantillons de toilettes remis chaque jour… hôtel que je recommande pour couple

An amazing place to stay, in between all major towns. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

I have to say, our stay was absolutely wonderful! The pool/bar area is beautiful. The customer service to the cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Bar attendants were so friendly, and very welcoming. The hotel provided transfers to and from both main towns, Fira and Oia, and to and from airport and ferry port. However, The only downfall about the hotel was the distance from the 2 main towns Fira and Oia, although transfers were provided, was only at certain times of the day, other wise we would get a taxi back if it was late at night which costs about €25/30 .. Other than that, it’s was so enjoyable and would defo return.

Hotel bellissimo nella zona di Pori a 15 minuti del aeroporto e 15 minuti di Fira. Cocktail di benvenuto! Personale molto gentile ma soprattutto Konstantinos in reception sempre cordiale e pronto a aiutarti con tutto! Addirittura ci ha fatto fare il check out più tardi perché avevamo il aereo alle 16. C'è il pullman offerto dal hotel 3 volte al giorno per andare a Fira e una volta al giorno per andare a vedere il sunset a Oia. George, il autista, di una gentilezza assoluta, un giorno siamo arrivati tardi di una passeggiata e non abbiamo cenato, George si è offerto a portarci in centro per prendere da mangiare GRAZIE! Bellissima esperienza. Colazione a buffet, piscina pulita, lettini belli comodi, camere da paura! Metto 4 stelle perché purtroppo l'accesso al mare c'è ma non come dicono nel sito. Torneremmo di sicuro e si devo consigliare un hotel inizio di Aurora!!!
