位於伊莫洛維里市的絕佳位置 - 靠近市中心，但享有火山口的壯麗景色。工作人員很好而且樂於助人。酒店很大，所以有時當你吃完晚餐“累了”時，找到房間並不容易；）他們有很棒的游泳池！

所有客房均享有日落美景。優質的服務，禮貌的工作人員和度假村位置優越，遠離擁擠的街道。自來水不可飲用，而且水可能不夠熱。

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι χτισμένο σε τρία επίπεδα και έχει πανοραμική θέα στην Παλαιά και Νέα Καμένη, η οποία κυριολεκτικά σου κόβει την ανάσα. Διαθέτει τρεις πισίνες, πολύ εντυπωσιακές, όπου μπορεί κάποιος να απολαύσει το μπάνιο του. Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό. Επειδή είχαμε επισκεφθεί το ξενοδοχεία Πάσχα μας έκαναν δώρο ένα καλαθάκι με κόκκινα αυγά και μελιτίνια （παραδοσιακό γλυκό） , λαμπάδες και ένα υπέροχο τσουρέκι. Επιπλέον, απολαύσαμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα από τη βεράντα μας, καθώς και το τζακούζι σε υπόσκαφη πισίνα. Συνολικά μια καταπληκτική εμπειρία!!

Έχοντας ταξιδεύσει, λόγω εργασίας, σε πολλά μέρη, και ως εκ τούτου και έχοντας διαμείνει αντίστοιχα σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία, ανά την Ελλάδα, θεωρώ ότι το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει μία από τις καλύτερες συνολικά εμπειρίες διαμονής. Καταρχάς, έχει την καλύτερη θέα στη Σαντορίνη, καθώς η θέση και ο προσανατολισμός του επιτρέπει στον πελάτη να βλέπει απευθείας την καλντέρα, το ηφαίστειο, στα δεξιά （βόρεια） τον οικισμό της Οίας και στα αριστερά （νότια） τον οικισμό των Φηρών. Οι παροχές του είναι σε πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο, καθώς επίσης και η υγιεινή των δωματίων και των κοινόχρηστων χώρων. Η διαρρύθμιση και η διακόσμηση της σουίτας ήταν σε επίπεδο που δεν είχα συναντήσει προσωπικά ποτέ. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και έτοιμο, να εξυπηρετήσει στο οτιδήποτε ανά πάσα στιγμή. Ειδική μνεία στον οδηγό （Στέλιο） που μας μετέφερε από το λιμάνι στο ξενοδοχείο.

Πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο με πολύ όμορφη θέα αλλά υστερεί σε όλους τους υπόλοιπους τομείς. Είναι χτισμένο σε πολλά επίπεδα λόγω της μορφολογίας του εδάφους και χρειάζεται να ανεβοκατεβαίνει κάποιος πολλές σκάλες για να κινηθεί εντός ξενοδοχείου ή για να βγει εκτός. Χρειάζεται μεγάλη προσοχή στην επιλογή του δωματίου, Υπάρχουν αρκετά δωμάτια γύρω από την Κεντρική πισίνα τα οποία είναι πολύ κοντά μεταξύ τους και δεν προσφέρουν καμία ιδιωτικότητα. Κλείσαμε δύο δωμάτια από τον Μάιο για δύο ζευγάρια μέσω τουριστικού πρακτορείου. Οταν φτάσαμε εκεί μας είπαν οτι έγινε αναβάθμιση και μας προσέφεραν ένα δωμάτιο στον 1ο όροφο κι ένα στον 6ο. Μεσολαβούν 2 ασανσέρ και δύο σκάλες μεταξύ των επιπέδων. Μετά από την αυτοψία διαπιστώσαμε οτι τα δωμάτια δεν ήταν αυτά που κλείσαμε. Ήταν υποδεέστερα. Μέσα βρομούσε τσίκνα και υπήρχε αυξημένη υγρασία. Ο καλωπισμός περιορίζονταν στο εξωτερικό κομμάτι., Χρειάστηκε να κάνουμε φασαρία για να μπορέσουμε να έχουμε δύο γειτονικά δωμάτια έστω και διαφορετικής κατηγορίας. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται σε πολύ μικρό χώρο και είναι σχετικά λιτό. Υπάρχουν τρεις "πισίνες" εκ των οποίων ίσως μία με το ζόρι στην οποία υπάρχει συνοστισμός. Οι άλλες δύο είναι μάλλον μπανιέρες （1,20μ）. Τελευταία αρνητική εντύπωση ένα περιορισμένο ερωτηματολόγιο στα Αγγλικά μόνο και απαίτηση για τον φόρο του 1,5 ευρώ/διανυκτέρευση. Συνολική αρνητική εντύπωση παρόλο που το προσωπικό ήθελε να εξυπηρετήσει αλλά δεν το βοηθούσαν οι διαδικασίες και ο χώρος. Κρίμα...Χρειάζεται η διοίκηση να ξαναδεί κάποια πράγματα και όχι να επαναπαύεται στην άγνοια και την ανοχή των ξένων κυρίως τουριστών...

The location and the exterior of the hotel are both stunning - beautiful white buildings set into the face of the caldera. The views are to die for. The rooms, however, are a different story entirely. We booked a "superior" and it clearly hadn't been remodeled in at least 20 years! Everything was clean and workable, but certainly not very nice. The food in the restaurant for breakfst was just average; cappuccinos tasted terrible, things that needed to be kept warm were not, hot water wasn't hot, and nothing tasted very good. Fried eggs were almost raw. The dining room view, however, was spectacular. Nice personnel. The dinner was very strange - moussaka balls which had sugar in them, and a strange fish served with some odd sauces. If you have mobility issues, this hotel (and any like it, actually) will not be for you because of the insane number of stairs everywhere. The one thing they could do to make things better and safer would be to install handrails. That would help a great deal. Would I stay here again? Defintely not, as there are much better and nicer places on the island. If I didn't care about the room and the food, then yes, maybe because the views were absolutely the best.

Gorgeous location, and the exterior of the hotel/resort was lovely. Everything was whitewashed and clean. The personnel spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. However, we have been overcharged multiple times after leaving the hotel and we can’t get the to straighten things out, which is something I do not appreciate. We paid everything before we left and confirmed all was correct and then extra charges started showing up afterward. Weird! The room we had, 17, was two levels above the pool and in a good spot. However, the room had not been touched for a renovation in many years and is in need of a refresh. The bed was very low to the ground and quite hard. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. As to the food, we were there for a wedding and the wedding food was excellent. No idea why, but it was quite different from anything we ate either for a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, which was mediocre, weird and expensive, and breakfast. Pancakes were served cold, eggs barely cooked, pastries tasteless and the coffee machine in the restaurant made terrible-tasting espresso. We stopped eating at the hotel the first day and enjoyed a restaurant up at the top of the hotel in Imerovigli, much more. Also, if you stay in any of the caldera hotels you have to know that there are multiple levels of steps to go anywhere. Not suitable for us but if you are in good shape, they are lovely places to stay and the views are amazing. BTW, the wedding and all the associated services that were arranged, went beautifully and there were no glitches.

Loved our stay here! Our room was lovely and the view was amazing perfect for watching the sunset. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful (even when some of the guests are quite rude to them). Lots of steps but we found that ok and worth it for the views and the luggage was bright to and from our room for us. We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was lovely. Breakfast was perfect for us too, not a large selection but everything we wanted was there, fresh fruit, cakes, croissants, hot selection etc. Hotel and pool were very clean. Oh, and the poolside cocktails delicious!

Very nice hotel located at Imer, half way from Thira and from Oia Beautifully located overviewing the caldera, the right place to relax with less tourists than other villages. All hotels in white, in the typical Greek way of imagining. We were upgraded freely to a suite so we could not ask for more. I would suggest improve breakfast because the food has always been the same for 3 days....
